Rude staff ruined my experience
Cons:

The woman who helped me at check-in was very nice, but the one with glasses working on November 1st was absolutely awful.
When I spoke just a little English in the morning, she snapped “I don’t speak English” in a rude, aggressive tone.
However, I could still accept that — because it’s my problem if I can’t speak their language.
Later, when I came back to pick up my luggage after checkout and was calmly organizing it in the common area, she used a translator to tell me to leave, waving her hand like “get out.”
Her attitude was extremely disrespectful and completely unnecessary.
If there’s such a rule, couldn’t she have told me in a more polite way?
If she dislikes interacting with people — or treats certain guests differently — she really shouldn’t be working in hospitality.
Her behavior totally ruined my impression of Kazakhstan.
If you don’t speak Russian or don’t want to deal with this rude receptionist, I would never recommend staying here.

Cozy and comfortable
Pros:

Everything was clean and also room was super comfortable and good. Also i love capsules s. it was really great

Cons:

I would highly recommend having English-speaking staff at the reception. While I didn’t face major difficulties communicating, it can be inconvenient to rely on a phone for every simple conversation. Having staff who can communicate in English would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and make interactions much smoother.
