The room was clean, and the hotel location was good. Some staff members were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The beach access policy for single male guests was not clearly disclosed before booking. The hotel and beach management kept shifting responsibility to each other, creating confusion and wasting my time. The policy was applied inconsistently, and I observed single male guests being allowed access under certain conditions. The pool bar was closed, there was no visible lifeguard at the rooftop pool, and guests were repeatedly asked to leave positive reviews. Overall, the experience lacked transparency and did not match my expectations based on the hotel description.

Outstanding Guest Relations Service by Iman ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices.
A very special and heartfelt thank you to Iman from Guest Relations. She was absolutely exceptional throughout my stay. Her professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference to my experience. She went above and beyond to assist me and generously arranged a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. Team members like Iman are a real asset to the hotel and deserve recognition for the outstanding level of service they provide.
I would also like to thank Ariana at the Front Desk for her assistance and professionalism during my stay.
The security staff were very respectful and welcoming, and the shower and changing facilities at the beach were excellent.

Cons:

The reason I rated the hotel 8/10 instead of higher is related to the beach policy. The beach is not directly in front of the hotel, and access is restricted to families, couples, and women. Solo male guests and groups of men are not allowed, which is important information for travelers to know before booking.
In addition, while guests can use the swimming pool at the beach area, the sunbeds and seating are not complimentary and require an additional fee.
Despite these points, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would especially like to thank Iman once again for her outstanding hospitality and customer care. She was the highlight of my experience at the hotel.

I was impressed by Eman’s professionalism and friendly attitude. She greeted me with a smile from the moment I arrived, and her excellent customer service makes you want to return to the place again.

Cons:

The hotel does not pay enough attention to maintaining its amenities. The towels, hair dryer, and other items are quite outdated and need to be renewed.

الموقع بالإضافة الى الشاطئ

بعد الشاطئ عن مكان الإقامه يحتاج الى مواصلات.. ولم يكن هناك توضيح بأن موقع الشاطئ مستقل عن الفندق .. كما لم يخبرنا احد من الفندق أنه لابد من كوبون لدخول الشاطي حيث ذهبنا وعدنا مره ثانية!!!!بالإضافة إلى إن السعر مرتفع جداااااا على الخدمات المقدمه 1700 ريال بالليلة على غرفة صغيره

للأسف كانت تجربة غير مرضية إطلاقًا.
وصلت بعد سفر طويل وكنت متعبة، لكن الاستقبال كان من أشخاص غير مدربين بشكل كافٍ، مع عدم معرفة بأساسيات الغرف ولخبطة واضحة في إجراءات تسليمها، وكان التعامل يحتاج اهتمامًا واحترافية أكبر.

اضطررت لتغيير الغرفة أكثر من مرة:

* الغرفة الأولى كانت البلكونة غير جاهزة ومقفلة.
* الغرفة الثانية كان فيها شعر واتساخ في البانيو.
* السويت كان يعاني من مشاكل في الإنارة والسباكة ويحتاج إلى صيانة وفحص دوري واضح.

أما الفطور فكانت تجربة سيئة جدًا، رائحة المكان والأطباق غير مقبولة لدرجة لم أستطع إكمال الأكل.

كما أرجو الاهتمام بالنظافة الشخصية لبعض موظفي الاستقبال، حيث أثرت الروائح غير المقبولة على الانطباع العام للمكان.

ولا توجد خدمة فعلية توازي المبلغ المدفوع أو التقييم العالي للفندق، وكانت التجربة أقل بكثير من المتوقع مقابل السعر والخدمات المقدمة.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
I arrived after a long trip feeling exhausted, yet the reception staff appeared insufficiently trained, lacked knowledge of basic room information, and there was noticeable confusion with room handovers. The service required much more professionalism and attention.

I had to change my room multiple times:

* The first room had a balcony that was closed and not ready for use.
* The second room had hair and poor cleanliness in the bathtub.
* The suite itself had lighting and plumbing issues that clearly require regular maintenance and inspection.

Breakfast was also a poor experience — the smell of the area and the food quality were unpleasant to the point that I could not finish my meal.

Additionally, I kindly recommend better attention to personal hygiene standards among some reception staff, as unpleasant odors negatively affected the overall impression.

There was no level of service that matched either the amount paid or the hotel’s high rating. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations considering the price and advertised standards.

اغرب فندق بالحياه تحجز فندق عشان تسمتع بالشاطئ الي تحت ادارة الفندق يقولون ماتدخله لازم كبلز مافهمت وش الفكره من هالنظام انا حاجز الفندق بالاساس عشان ادخل الشاطئ واتجنب سالفة ماتدخل الا كبلز والمشكله اني مكلم الفندق قبل لا اوصل وقالو مافي مشكله اذا حجزت الفندق حتى وانت عزابي تدخل المنتجع بس تدفع مبلغ رمزي لا خلوني ادفع المبلغ المطلوب ولا خلوني ادخل المنتجع

في البداية كانت غير جيده الى ان حضرت الاستاذه ايمان في اليوم التالي وكانت جداً متعانه ومحترمه عكس المظفين في الاستقبال الآخرين . وقامت الاستاذه ايمان بتوفير جميع مايلزم من حجوزات للشاطىء وكانت قمه في الرقي والتعاون شكراً لك استاذه ايمان
