The worst experience

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. We had a fully paid one-week stay, but due to serious safety concerns and unrest, we were forced to leave early with my child.

The hotel refused to refund the unused nights. What is worse, the receptionist falsely claimed they were not aware of our departure, even though she personally arranged our transfer—this is dishonest.

The room on the 10th floor had poorly sealing balcony doors, causing excessive noise and raising safety concerns. Our request to move to a lower floor was denied.

No compensation, no empathy, no professionalism. I do not recommend this hotel.
