Cosy and worth the visit to this property.
Pros:

Breakfast has a good spread. However the staff makes it more better as they are homely and add the extra warmth to ensure that you enjoy the breakfast. The breakfast is wholesome and can caters to all tastes across the country.
We also tried out the local dham which was very well cooked. The chef does his bit in producing an excellent meal.
The staff also made sure that we had an excellent spread of sandwiches and pakoras at the swimming pool during high tea. The staff contributed in making our stay exquisite.
The rooms with balcony are comfortable and house keeping made sure the room was as good as expected.

Cons:

Other than the short approach road nothing to state that we were not happy about.

so the property was like toooo tooo tooo good
also the manager and people working at the place were very nice to us like it was the best property till date i have been to in terms of staff , communication .. especiallyy they never said no to us on any request made by us
also special thanks to Mr abhishek for the best service to us ... and for suree anytime in dharamshala i am staying in this property only

Pros:

Dev, Karan, and Abhishek - the restaurant guys were warm and hospitable. The guys at the reception too were super helpful. Good property for a peaceful stay in Dharamshala.

Cons:

On night we had to go to Kangra Hospital as one of our members fell ill and got a bit late (11pm). Their last order is at 10:30 pm. We requested them to help us with something to eat, anything, just bread and butter, but they didn’t. There is nothing available around the property. We understand and we didn’t insist but would have been really nice if they helped.

1. The place is quite pleasant. My mom and I liked the vibe of the room as well as the property overall.
2. The staff is extremely warm, and the service is good.
3. The bathroom is clean and well maintained. Overall, a good experience. Basic amenities are provided, but a hair dryer and bathroom mat were missing.

Cons:

1. The food is decent—not great. On the last night of my stay, the dinner was not good, and the staff didn’t make much effort to replace it. Overall, it’s manageable. However, the food is extremely expensive and totally not worth the price. If the food is genuinely fresh and the kitchen hygiene is top-notch, I would be okay paying that much—but there’s no way to know. The breakfast buffet could have been much better.
2. The stay was quite expensive as well, possibly because I booked at the last minute during the holiday season.
3. I’m not really sure if this qualifies as a 5-star hotel.
