Pros:

Dzień dobry. Przybyłem do hotelu kilka minut po 20 i w recepcji powiedziano mi że nie mają wolnego pokoju.
Było to stresujące w taki dużym mieście o tak późnej porze. Finalnie spałem w hostelu.

The location is good It’s just a 10-minute walk to the airport

Cons:

There were no towels in the room, and even though I requested them, they never arrived. Because of this, I couldn’t take a shower, and in terms of cleanliness, it falls a bit short.

Pros:

Cheap, had enough room and facilities for what I needed for the night.

Cons:

Check in was horrible. The desk had said I had not paid and demanded further payment before I could check in, they said I had to call booking to sort it out, they only let me check in after making calls because I was visibly distressed from a long and horrible travel day. No tv as advertised, and shower didn’t work. Room had cockroaches and my air conditioning remote was missing a battery

Air con worked. Located near airport.

Cons:

Hotel was called hotel Arton. No reference to it as hotel arton regency - the staff weren't sure it was the right name at first. Made it difficult to find.
No TV as it had been removed so was loose wires and holes where it used to be. Tile in bathroom wall broken and can see water dripping in the wall (what would normally be behind the tile) no grate on the bathroom drain as such was just a hole and bugs could get in. Lots of bugs in room including cockroach and flying bugs possibly mosquitos
