The hotel itself is beautiful, location is great, the gym is excellent, and the breakfast has a very generous selection with plenty of high-quality options.
What made the biggest difference, though, was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was attentive, courteous, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. It was the kind of hospitality that feels natural and sincere.
Overall, a very comfortable stay, and I would happily choose this hotel again when visiting Ningbo.
