ロケーションがよかった。
Pros:

駅とつながっていて、雨でも濡れずに移動できるのは助かります。距離も徒歩数分でJR博多駅です。

温泉の大浴場はくつろげました。

Cons:

朝食はバイキングでした。総菜は、和（肉団子、筑前煮、ヒジキなど）と洋（ベーコン、サラダ、ヨーグルトなど）が混在しており、バランスよく取れませんでした。入口からの並べる順番を工夫するとよいと思いました。

チェックアウトは、キーボックスへの返却でした。我々の出発時フロントにいたスタッフは全くこちらに関心を示しませんでした。見送りの一言があると印象が良かったと思います。残念です。

Excellent location
Pros:

Location was conveniently located next to Hakata Station and much more. There is a covered walkway from the station that exited just next to hotel on same sidewalk area. This was great on rainy days to stay dry as we walked back and forth from the hotel to the train station. It was very nice to use the public bath after long days of adventuring and enjoying Fukuoka. Staff were helpful. I was able to buy two packs of soap from the front desk on two separate days for the washer located on site. On the same second day, i wanted to buy two more packs of soap to do our jackets, though was told i couldn't buy anymore with front desk person gesturing 'no" as he seemed to indicate a limit for purchase which i didn't know so i apologize for asking to buy more. I was able to buy more laundry soap packets across the street at the nearby Lawson's store where the store clerk helped me buy the type for hotel washers. We stayed two weeks at the hotel so I had jackets and more to wash so its helpful that the washer and dryer is on site. Room size is small so we were creative in luggage location. Bed mattress and pillows were firm but to our preference. There was self serve coffee in the lobby every morning and afternoon during set hours. Housekeepers were also nice and helpful whenever we needed anything extra since we did not request room cleaning during our stay. Breakfast buffet was always a highlight because everything was so delicious. Staff were always very helpful and pleasant. Front desk person was very nice as she helped us make a taxi appointment for the return to airport since we had quite a lot of omiyage luggage. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Fukuoka.

駅近く雨天に不便さが無いので歩行が苦手な人には有難い安価なホテルですね。

Cons:

TOILETの出入りが少し不便を感じた。高齢で足が悪い者にとっては少し動きがきつい感がある。
