Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The main reason I chose this hotel was that it has a physical receptionist instead of a fully online check-in system. Since we arrived after midnight, having a receptionist made the check-in process quick and easy, taking only a few minutes.

Cons:

The breakfast was good and worth the price. It would be even better if there were some traditional kuih-muih for dessert.
The only downside was that the staff kept walking around and watching us eating. I understand they were probably clearing empty plates and making sure the food was always available, but it made us feel a little uncomfortable.

Clean and the staff are very helpful and the swimming pool is very nice. The staff also responded to my request for my husband’s birthday. Thank you Fox Hotel!

Pros:

Easy parking for the facilities. Do note that u need to validate your parking card for flat parking rate. Easy check in process. I arrived early hence room was not ready yet. Staff kindly check me in first then call me later on once the room is ready.
