Great clean hotel at a prime location
Pros:

The property is at a great location, few minutes walk towards the Bund and Nanjing Pedestrian road. The staff is friendly and the room was spotless clean! Also the housekeepers were very friendly and happy to help at all times. Even though the windows do not have any view, it is good that they exist as there is ventilation in the room.

Cons:

Some vegetarian options on the dumplings would have been nice

Sehr freundliches Personal. DIe Lage Gut. Nicht weit von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sauber, guter Frühstück. Abends gibt's gratis dumpings für alle. Meine Frau hatte den Föhn von Dyson vergessen. Der wurde nach Deutschland verschickt. Vielen Dank dafür.

It was pleasant overall
Pros:

Close to the Bund and pedestrian street. The laundry is great with washers and dryers, staff even helps put them on and dry them. Buffet breakfast was good, we ate there every morning.

Cons:

A bit of walk to subway

All the facilities were amazing and helpful while traveling with a child. Food choices were great as well, as our child is a picky eater.

Pros:

Great location, very clean rooms, and an extremely welcoming hotel. A big plus for the rich and traditional breakfast, as well as the complimentary evening buffet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, special thanks to Zhirou, who assisted us after a taxi driver charged us an excessively high fare for the airport-to-hotel ride (more than triple the normal rate). Within minutes, he managed to secure a refund for us directly through Alipay!

Super bien localiser et Petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité

L emplacement en plein dans le bund est top tout est a proximité . Le fait de pouvoir faire laver son linge tout été fournie ce fut très utile

Pros:

Местоположение просто огонь! Набережная в шаговой доступности. Для знакомства с Шанхаем отлично подойдёт на несколько ночей. Дороговато, но и расположение в самом сердце города. Рекомендую.

Хороший, чистый отель с удобным расположением
Pros:

Классная локация, все главные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Брали номер с террасой, было супер, очень просторный, современный, чистый номер, миленькая терраса, понравилась возможность проветрить и выпить кофе на террасе, хоть и без вида. Завтраки неплохие, много овощей, есть европейский вариант, пельмешки вечером тоже ок, не супер, но как доп вариант перекусить неплох. В целом, отель понравился.

Cons:

Заказывали трансфер в аэропорт через отель. Перелет был ночной, уставшие по прилету долго искали водителя, отель уверял, что водитель нас ждет у выхода. В итоге нашли, водитель нас увидел и подошел сам без каких-либо опознавательных знаков, ни таблички с именем, ни даже названия отеля. Видимо, мы должны были догадаться, что это он )) В итоге потеряли почти час, проще было взять такси. Обратно в аэропорт тоже заказывали трансфер, заказали на ресепшене, водитель сначала говорил по видео звонку, много отвлекался, вилял по дороге, сделали замечание. Потом вообще стал засыпать 😂 в итоге периодически будили и супер внимательно следили за ним всю дорогу. В общем, опыт так себе. Отелю однозначно нужно сменить сервис такси.
