Hotelul se afla intr o zona foarte buna de unde poti sa te deplasezi usor pentru a vizita diverse obiective turistice. Camerele sunt frumoase, curate, iar personalul este foarte amabil.

Very good hotel, close to the city center. The staff were so friendly, helpful and very responsive when we needed answers. The breakfast/later dinner buffet was very good and we liked the variety and changes if options.

Posizione eccellente e camere pulite. Colazione ok anche se in alcuni momenti risulta essere un po’ caotica a causa del forte afflusso.
The location and the size of the room.
Inability of hotel staff to speak in English or for that matter, any other foreign language. If one is in the hospitality industry then one must speak at least one foreign language. Guests are requested to speak and a translating app translates that to Chinese. Many times the machine makes mistakes. Breakfast is also another issue. The room didn't have a safe to keep valuable items locked.
The hotel was very convenienrly located close to Bund and historical Yu Garden, nice staff, goid services, nice environment.
The hotel is somewhat "hidden" from the street and the view from the windows is not ideal.

The only thing i liked was the location.
At the checkin we was met with people definetly not liking what they where doing. No smile, noe hello how are u today sir etc. Just doing their job as robots. And during the check-in we were served a glass of tea, just slammed on the counter, no here u are and not in the beginning of the check-in. Terrible experience in which alone is enough not to revisit this hotel. Unless the hotel was full, we were appointed a room with a view straiht into a brick wall. Our reservation was a Superior Queen king size room.
