A very good option in Bund
Pros:

Comfortable hotel in a very convenient area to discover the city in a few days. Good breakfast with a rich mixture of Chinese and Western dishes.

The location of the hotel was ideal for sightseeing. The size of the room was great, would have liked a window but we new our room was without one when we booked. Super comfy bed.

We had a wonderful stay at Atour Hotel Nanjing East Road The Bund.

I would like to specifically commend the two male staff members at the front desk who were on duty on March 6 at around 4:30 PM. They were incredibly helpful to my family during a very stressful situation.

I encountered an issue with a Didi driver who was attempting to extort money from me. I approached the front desk for assistance, and these two staff members immediately stepped in without hesitation and confronted the driver on our behalf.

The driver was extremely difficult to deal with, but the staff handled the situation with remarkable calmness and professionalism. They spoke to him firmly yet respectfully and were able to resolve the issue.

If not for their help, I could have lost a significant amount of money, and our Shanghai trip might have been ruined.

They truly saved our holiday, and I am deeply grateful for their support. Staff members like them are a great asset to your company.

Pros:

The location was perfect, right next to the Bund, the rooms were very nice and clean and quiet. We got a nice breakfast every day and we could even take a small dinner for free and also free coffee everytime.

Cons:

There could have been more hangers in the bathroom for bathtowels

早餐非常丰盛，尤其中式早餐。西式早餐比较简单。咖啡很不错，超出预期。房间隔音效果可以，也非常适合家庭出行。地理位置非常好，离景点和餐厅都很近，适合携带老人儿童出行。另外入住和退房时间也比较人性化，在可能的情况下酒店尽量让我们早入住晚退房，这点对老人儿童很友好。

Location and super friendly staff make this an ideal hotel for a stay in Shanghai.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Short walk to the bund. 7/11 mini mart near by.
Staff have limited English, but super helpful and patient.
Free bottled water and laundry service.
Breakfast had a great variety of eastern and western food.

Pros:

Great location, cozy, free mini-bar, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and free dinner snacks. TV casting worked surprisingly smooth.

We had to leave early on the last day, and they prepared some snacks - really appreciated it!

Cons:

Some members of the staff weren’t fluent in English, but we managed to communicate via a translation app.

Wifi was unusable for any of my needs.
