Pros:

Einfaches Check-in und Türöffnung per Handy. Im Hintergrund sorgt ein aufmerksames, freundliches Team dafür, dass man sich hier sofort wie zuhause fühlt. Zimmer, Bad/WC, Balkon und Frühstücksraum waren sehr sauber. Perfekte Lage, bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Eine Kleinigkeit: bitte im Reinigungsprozess auch den Haarföhn reinigen.

Top Unterkunft wenn man ohne Auto kommt
Pros:

Sehr schöne, moderne Zimmer mit viel Liebe zum Detail

Cons:

Der Check-in ein Albtraum, hat nur mühsam geklappt, auch sonst kein Personal sichtbar, keine Betreuung, keine Rezeption, kein Parkplatz (ein grosses Problem für uns) und man konnte nicht vorfahren mit Auto (Strasse gesperrt).

Gute Lage, angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Nur eine Gehminute von der Promenade entfernt liegt dieses kleine, saubere Hotel. Es ist gemütlich und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon. Das Frühstück ist lecker, und der Check-in verläuft unkompliziert.

Schöne Tage im Tessin. Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage / Zimmer. Gute Heizung. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Eintritt per Handy ins Hotel und ins Zimmer hat nicht geklappt. Sehr freundliche Hilfe am Telefon.
Besser wäre, wenn man per Mail am Vortag für Zimmer- und Hoteltüre schon einen Zahlencode erhalten würde. Dann klappt es sicher.
Ticino Ticket hat auch nicht funktioniert. Kompliziert und schlechte Anleitung! Mussten wieder tel. Hilfe anfordern.

angenehme Unterkunft, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein 2. Sessel im Zimmer wäre nicht schlecht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen
Pros:

Schöne Einrichtung in der Lounge und Frühstücksraum,wo wir uns auch am Abend bei gute,leise Musik etwas trinken und Spiele machen konnte.
Gute Betten.
Sehr feine Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Türöffnung war ein bisschen kompliziert aber nach mehrmalige Versuche hat es doch geklappt und nachher kein Problem.
