the number one reason for liking the area was its proximity to the mall and restaurants.
1. finding the place. - when we initially asked the guard outside the building, he pointed us elsewhere
2. the tv was not working
I arrived early, and the reception was very uninterested. I asked to verify the booking. She said I must come back at 1pm. to check in. When I returned, I was not given access, and the receptionist could not contact the owner. I had to find another accommodation. Neither Bookings.com nor the owner has contacted me for a refund. This seems a scam. Im very disappointed and hope I will get my money back.
I was denied access and am not getting Communications back from the owner or bookings.com. Is this a joint scam?
I have booked this place to stay for overnight but ‘the owner mismanaged the booking ! Damn! my name was not on list but the confirmation was sent to me beforehand. I would like a full refund as soon as possible!
They only informed me that I will be transferred to another unit in another building and location when I called them to say that I am in the building and ready to check-in. I booked them a day before my check-in date. I even messaged them via Booking.com and text message of my ETA to let them know I’m on my way but they did not respond. When I finally arrived at the building, I called them for check-in, only to be told that I will be transferred to their other rental at another building and location. I informed them that I don’t have a car to go to the other place. To be fair, they offered to get a Grab car to pick me up. I refused the offer because I need to be within the vicinity of the unit I originally booked. So they told me that they are sorry and said that they will refund me. As of writing, no refund has been made and they are not responding to messages anymore.

The host did not reply to me when I asked if I could leave my luggages at the reception. I came early around 1pm and they allowed me to check in at 3pm. The host replied after more than 12 hrs about it and since I have a lot of luggages, I have to go somewhere.
Secondly, I keep on saying I was solo and when I asked the receptionist about the massage that they advertise, she kept saying that there should only 3 people allowed in bed. I keep on saying I am just alone and I was tired because of the whole day. She gave me the number and lastly she said I have to message the host first if they will allow. So, this is a big hassle for me and the receptionists don’t have proper training to make things short. They should be more straightforward. Esp accusing me that there is another adult in the room? What the heck.
Lastly, the heater is not working on the shower even I turn on
The location was great because it was close to the grocery store and the mall. It was safe, and the area where the property was, is a beautiful area.
First when we got there, the AC in the dining area was leaking. The host warned us about the problem as soon as we got there. Then suddenly while we were talking to the host, about a gallon of water poured out of the AC. We asked the host how are we supposed to eat, and she just said to move the table. She said that supposedly there was someone who was going to fix it, but the person didn't have the tools. She promised it would get fixed the next day. They fixed it, but when my wife was showering, the hinge of the shower door was misaligned and it looked like it would fall off when you try to open it again. So when we talked to the host, she said they can move us to another unit but we have to wait 3 days. When we finally moved to the new unit, the sink took a long time to drain, there were roaches in the cabinet, and also the wifi was very weak. At that point we were so frustrated I had no energy to complain anymore. There were 2 days of inconvenience waiting around for the stuff to get fixed and then to finally be moved to another unit.
Place was great, but the aircon wasn't working and the mattress was so uncomfortable other then that location was great, communication was great and place was clean.
The location was great, in poximty to the bgc, restaurants, Mall, very nice place to stay.

Perfect spot if you love good food, morning jog and evening stroll with your pet. Safe, and just right across 2 malls.

I’m a pretty picky person but for this apartment, it was perfect. Quick response every time.
The location and room is great.
The check-in process and the lack of communication from the host is too bad. I sent an email a day before requesting for an early check-in, but this was completely ignored. Infact, I wasn't able to check-in until 2 hours after check-in time because the host was uncontactable. Worst is, the host failed to inform the reception of my booking which got me irritated more because I thought perhaps I got scammed. My blood was boiling, I panicked. Payment had been completed online and was non- refundable. To be fair, the contact person offered late checkout for an hour, but it wasn't applicable for my stay. I would hope this kind of situation wouldn't happen to any other guests.
The room is super spacious and clean.
The check in process was a hassle because you need to contact the owner which is not reachable. However, I will advise to arrange the check in to the owner day before you arrive especially if you will have a long flight on the day that you will check in so it will be a smooth when ypu arrive at the property.

There is a foul smell coming out from the bathroom's floor drain.
The host says theres a system glitch and my booking apparently was full. The host say to submit a refund request and they will honor it, however after Booking.com contacted them, they refuse to respond and I did not get my refund.
the place is as advertised: very clean unit with complete facilities, and convenient location. the staff were very accommodating and allowed early check in. they also provided an iron upon request.
