Pros:

The pictures of the property show it’s in better condition than it is ; needs upgrading

Cons:

Very bland room , felt uncomfortable . The latch to the double glazed was missing and I could not shut it properly so at night heard the street noise especially dogs barking . Went to the Le Roi Express just down the road so much better at a similar price , should have booked in there in the first place

Pros:

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the washroom could have been better managed. The toilet flush was very weak, the tap was bent weirdly, the shower head sprayed water unnaturally everywhere. Still, a nice clean spot in a central location that is perfect for sightseeing / visiting different areas of the city. Would definitely stay here again. Beware that the road in front of the hotel is not in the best condition. If you want a more posh neighborhood in central location, consider hotels in Connaught Place.

Cons:

The washroom was clean but could have been better managed. The toilet flush was very weak, the tap was bent weirdly, the shower head sprayed water unnaturally everywhere. The "double" bed was actually two single beds joined together, so it felt weird to lay in the middle.

Surely will not recommend this hotel as access to this hotel is challenging
Pros:

The hotel was calling me continously to pay advance before I could check in the hotel. They were threatening to cancel my room. Explained them that Booking.com will take the complete amount from my card if i dont show up. Even then they were not able to listen.

Cons:

The food quality was too poor and nothing left in the breakfast. Had to ask the staff for Chutney, Sambar, Bread and everything. Access to this hotel after 6 PM in the night is a nightmare due to heavy traffic. not recommend for stay with family with high cost.
