Pros:

Este foarte aproape de plaja, camerele sunt curate și spațioase, iar copiii au unde să își consume energia

Cons:

Mâncare proasta, mâncarea rămasă era reîncălzită și servita la alte mese...
Iar pe partea de divertisment, in perioada în care am fost noi, nu există decât mini-disco 20 minute

Ich habe noch nie so ein schlechte Sauberkeit in einem Hotel gesehen wie in diesem. Hat ein Stern verdient. Der Service war katastrophal. Das Essen war ok. Die Dusche war morgens und abends kalt und mittags rum lauwarm bis warm. Badewanne war ständig kalt. Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht im Stockwerk und Kaffe Tassen waren Mangelware beim Büffet. Indoorpool war ecklig und der Whirlpool wurde nie saubergemacht das es schon einen Film hatte und sehr unappetitlich war. Aussenbecken waren ok. Animation für Kinder kaum und der indoorbereich für die kleinen war gefährlich. Kann ich nicht empfehlen.

A fost un sejur plăcut și recomand cu drag această locație
Pros:

Hotel cu camere mari ,spațioase , mobilier confortabil, curat , iar mâncarea diversificată a satisfăcut gusturile noastre .Personalul instruit ,respectuos si prompt .

Cons:

Faptul ca nu au și plaja privată , iar locurile de parcare sunt insuficiente.

Pros:

Am petrecut un sejur minunat și am rămas foarte mulțumiți de întreaga experiență. Camerele au fost curate, spațioase și bine întreținute, iar personalul a fost amabil și atent.
Mâncarea a fost diversificată și gustoasă, cu opțiuni pentru toate preferințele. Aquapark-ul reprezintă un mare avantaj al hotelului, fiind foarte bine organizat și oferind distracție atât pentru copii, cât și pentru adulți.
Locația este excelentă, aproape de plajă și de principalele puncte de interes din stațiune.
Recomand cu încredere Prestige Hotel & Aquapark tuturor celor care își doresc o vacanță confortabilă și plină de distracție în Bulgaria. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

Все едно бяхме виновни че сме Българи явно в този хотел не обичат Българите персонала все са сърдити за нещо били сме в други места в други хотели тука сме за първи път първо още с влизането на хотела регистрацията всичко добре взех ми си картата за стаята , но уви няма човек да ни носи куфарите помислих си че явно тука сами си носят багажа няма проблем качих ми се в стаята и какво да видя счупена баня влязохме да се къпем на всякаде вода...... Така другия ден не ни почистиха стаята не знам защо предупредих рецепцията за това и им помолих за чисти кърпи но уви чакай чакай няма кърпи добре че бях донесела от вкъщи за да се купим и друго в ресторанта топлата кухня горе долу беше добре но сладкото е ужасно всеки ден едни и същи едни сухи десерт чета и кексове нищо друго всеки ден едно и също никакво разнообразие едни руски сладки това е то нормално всичките в кухнята бяха украинци нямаше българи! Мислех ме да резевираме за 9 нощувки преди да видим всичко това но се отказахме в този хотел не обичат Българите..

Pros:

Nimic, totul s a degradat in ultimii ani si nu au facut deloc imbunatatiri

Cons:

Camera nu era curata, fire de par si alte mizerii pe jos. Parcarea cu plata 15 euro pe zi. Mancarea de nota 5, adica comestibila dar deloc variata, aproape aceleasi feluri de mancare la mese si de calitate slaba.

Pros:

Очень понравилось разнообразие развлечений. Даже в дождливую погоду было чем заняться и где провести время. Особенно порадовали тёплый крытый бассейн и аквапарк.

Cons:

Десерты были не вкусные и коктейли нам не понравились.(
