Pros:

Staff was very courteous. Food was good.

Cons:

Were a little unprepared for a safari. Breakfast provided for safari was minimal. A bit overpriced

Cons:

This was possibly my worst hotel stay ever. Extremely dirty. Check-in took forever, and check-out took even longer—the card terminal wasn’t working. We were without power for 3 hours in the morning when we were getting ready. There were a lot of bugs/pests in the room. The bed was as hard as the floor. The breakfast was also inedible. There were five of us, and we’re usually not picky, but this was impossible to eat.
I wish I could post a video here to show the bed. If you hit the mattress it sounds like you're hitting a wooden board.
