La gentillesse du personnel, les bons conseils la réception (restaurant de poisson, excursion, réactivité). Les cocktails

Cons:

On vient là pour s’amuser en famille et avec enfants. Pas vraiment pour le calme. Les bungalow mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement et un peu plus de propreté. Le self peut vite devenir l’usine et la qualité des plats est moyenne. Certe il y a bcp de choix mais rien est frais et convient plus à une clientèle anglaise ou allemande.

Unas vacaciones agradables
Pros:

El personal, su amabilidad y atención. La variedad y calidad del buffet. Y el personal del miniclub, sobre todo Mery Jane que fue la que más tiempo estuvo con mis hijos.

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó estaba un poco anticuada, le hacía falta algunas renovaciones (la luz del porche no funcionaba, la cerradura de la entrada se caía...) pero nada que no nos haga volver.

We recently stayed at Lanzasur Club for 10 days and overall had a really good experience. The location is excellent, and there was plenty of entertainment to keep everyone engaged throughout our stay.
A special thank you to the kitchen team—the food selection was great, with lots of variety each day, and we really appreciated the effort that went into it.
One area that could be improved is the cleaning, which we felt was not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. However, we were pleased that towels and bed linen were changed regularly.
Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future.

Estancia de 10! El equipo de animación es increíble
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel, sin duda, es su animación. No paran con actividades de agua y tierra; ¡me han ganado por completo! Todo el equipo es de diez, pero en especial Maria, que ha sido encantadora con nosotras.
• Ubicación: Idílica, a 5 min de Playa Flamingo. Zona tranquila y familiar.
• Bungalow: Un lujo de espacio y comodidad.
• Comida: Riquísima y con muchísima variedad. Si no quieres una cosa, tienes mil más.
Se nos hizo corto el viaje, ¡pero repetiremos seguro!

Staff were v nice, food was ok, waterpark was v gd

Cons:

booked it 12 mnts in advance,arrived & told hotel had overbooked,was then sent back to Peurto del Carmen for 3 nts, paid 1,195 for one adult one child think this was way too much.Apt was grubby, clean linen but footprint & matks on ceiling of bedroom & far from pristine, weeds outside the front. Reception was spotless but apts def need overhaul.

Pros:

Todo muy limpio y mucha amabilidad, el todo incluido muy bien, ademas de los pocos hoteles que no tienen tanta restincion en sacar comida del buffet, puedes desayunar en la hamaca al sol.hay una tiendita dentro y un camino directo a la playa, la ubicacion genial,todos los sitios turísticos entre 15 y 30 min, recomiendo coger coche de alquiler desde el primer dia.

Cons:

Nos pusieron un bungalow al lado de obras, y no podian cambiarlo "porque no habia mas", entiendo que reformen pero estamos pagando igual que el que no tiene obras al lado... desde bien temprano el taladro. El buffet bastante variedad ,los horarios estan echos para gente de fuera.
