Excellent, everything is top and the team is top top.
Pros:

Everything, from space, location, comfort, convenience and most important the excellent and warming costumer service ! I recommend, I’m very happy with my experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul with my wife. The hotel was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. We would especially like to highlight Said, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. His warm and caring attitude truly made our stay even more memorable.

Localização e instalações. O quarto estava reformado e havia nada quebrado ou sujo. Os funcionários são bastante prestativos.

Cons:

A única ressalva é em relação ao quarto, que é de fato pequeno, como já disseram em outros comentários, porém não compromete a estadia.

Amazing location in the middle of Taksim all shops and restaurants are open till late.
Staff are super nice and friendly

Cons:

Room has no natural lighting and no wardrobe just a small cupboard and 2 hangers
