Very good experience
Pros:

It was very clean and quiet. We loved the property as my elderly parents and I had comfortable stay here. Staff was polite, humble and helpful whenever asked for anything.

Pros:

The rooms are clean and the area is calm.

Cons:

The quotation was mismatched. The rooms were small and the bed size was smaller than mentioned on the booking slip. We are very much disappointed with the misleading information. There was no balcony in the rooms but it was mentioned on the confirmation slip. The bed size was smaller than mentioned.

Pros:

Hotel staff especially the helping staff/boy is very supportive and helped us in all ways. He's a big asset for the accommodation.

Cons:

Geyser is not available, so the helping staff has to carry the hot water in buckets for the guests. Felt so bad for making him carry the bucket.

One of the best budget place to stay in Ujjain. Would love to come back
Pros:

Overall we had a good experience and great stay. Hotel is value for money & a good budget hotel with well maintained hygiene in rooms and bathrooms.
Main market area was just 5 mins walk from famous Tower Chowk. We enjoyed lots of shopping in nearby places and market has good food joints too.

Mahakal temple is just 2 kms from the property & takes only 10-15 mins to reach. Moreover, Hotel had arranged transport for the temple visits and also arranged bhasma Aarti passes for us.
