Отличный отель.
Pros:

Редко ставлю 10 баллов, но отель реально понравился. Отель высокого уровня. Номер большой, постель отличный, санузел большой, полотенца новые. При бронировании было предложение с апгрейтом номера. Я этим воспользовался. В итоге дали номер на самом высоком этаже с великолепным видом на Босфор. Окно на всю стену с плотной занавеской. И при этом есть открывающаяся створка. Отличный завтрак. Персонал просто молодцы.

Cons:

В самом отеле все супер. А вот как соберешься куда-то поехать, рядом с отелем только такси-минивены, такие как Мерседес Вито. Они очень дорогие. Простых желтых такси рядом нет. Я попросил персонал вызвать такси, так они вызвали этот минивен. В итоге поездка до Mall of Istanbul обошлась в 90 долларов.
Управляющим отелем не плохо бы обратить внимание на это обстоятельство.

فندق مرتب ونظيف
Pros:

كان المنظر من الغرفة خيالي على البسفور مباشرة علما ان غرفتنا كانت مع منظر للمدينة ولكن تمت ترقيتها مجانا عن طريق بوكنغ. تم تركيب شطاف بناء على طلبنا حيث ان الحمام كان مجهزا مسبقا لتركيبه. الافطار لاباس به كل شي متوفر فيه. الموظفين محترمين جدا لا احد ينتظر ان تعطيه اي شي مقابل الخدمة . ونشكرهم جميعا على ذلك

السرير لشخصين ولم يكن مريحا حيث ان النائم على طرف يشعر بوجود دوران في اطراف الاسفنج مما يحعلك تشعر وكانك ستسقط في اي لحظة. المصاعد فقط مصعد واحد يعمل اثناء فترة اقامتنا نظرا لوجود صيانة في بقية المصاعد ووقت الانتظار طويل . عدا ذلك لايوجد شي لم يعجبني كل شي ممتاز
