Perfect location to stay in NYC
Pros:

Clean, nice staff, rooms are a bit old but still very comfortable. Location was great

Amazing free coffee, tea at the top bar - nice place to have a breakfast there

Great facilities and locations. Definetely would stay again.
Pros:

Amazing location close to everything we wanted to see. The facilities are super clean, with unlimited coffee and tea on the terrasse. The hotel is very modern looking, with great views and bedrooms. We asked for a room on the upper floors for a better view and were accomodated. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Would definetely stay here again. Free clean water is available on all floors.

Pros:

hervorragende Lage mit U-Bahn-/Bus-Stationen in unmittelbarer Nähe, 3-Bettzimmer mit tollem Ausblick, die Terrasse im 27. Stock mit kostenlosem Kaffee und Wasser sowie der Möglichkeit, sein Mittagessen entspannt zu genießen

Cons:

Der Straßenlärm im 7. Stock ist nur schwer erträglich, Schlafen ist nur mit Ohrenstöpsel möglich

Perfect hotel for a quick city stay in NYC and great location!
Pros:

Great location and lovely staff!

Cons:

The only thing I would say is that the windows might need better glazing as we heard roadworks and sirens most of the night. We were staying on the 7th floor; it’s possible that if we were higher up, it wouldn’t have disturbed us as much.

Pros:

Location, helpful and friendly staff, coffee machine and the idea of refilling filtered water rather than wasting lots of bottles each time

Cons:

I would like sm fresh air at night but The windows didn't open. probably bcoz it was high floor and for the safety reason.

This is a great hotel, especially if you are using Grand Central Terminal as part of your travel itinerary.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. I slept very well. The staff was very helpful, and the location was perfect for us. We had a nice view, and we took advantage of all the great restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Google Maps took us to the wrong entrance, but it was easy to find the correct one.
