La première chambre étais nul.
Pas de fenêtre on aurais dis un placard.
Je suis aller me plaindre à la réception et Dès le lendemain il m’on changer et m’on mis dans une belle chambre avec de grande fenêtre et très haut avec une belle vue.

L’attente au ascenseurs est longue parfois

Quando comecei a ler as avaliações fiquei um pouco preocupada, mas não acreditem nelas, o hotel é ótimo, nos atendeu super bem, no rooftop tem uma máquina de café completa, disponível o tempo todo, nos corredores tem garrafas descartáveis e água, o quarto foi bem limpo, os funcionários super gentis e a localização perfeita, próximo ao metrô, da para visitar muito lugares caminhando!!!

Foi tudo bom!!!

Estadia excelente, com tudo que precisava para cumprir minhas longas jornadas de trabalho.
Pros:

Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Limpeza impecável. Localização perfeita para minha estadia que requeria trabalhar no prédio da ONU. Café disponível no quarto (Nespresso) e também na 'Club room' a qualquer hora.

Cons:

Cama poderia ter colchão um pouco mais firme, e travesseiros também.

Pros:

Practical hotel close to Grand Central with business lounge, gym and laundry. Water stations on every floor. Ice machine. Free coffee and tea in business lounge. Coffee machine in room. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Design is tired and gym quite small but it does the job for a working visit.
