Loved this place and will be back!
Pros:

The property is clean, festive and very nicely appointed! Rooms are fantastic and bathrooms very clean with lots of amenities.

Cons:

The noise. We were in suite 4 that backs to the road. There was loud traffic noise all night.

Pros:

Stunning beautiful mexican decor. Well maintained. Very clean throughout the hotel and rooms. Great pool area. Good location, bus stop and big modern grocery store one block away. Beach 10 minute walk. Exceptional staff, so friendly and helpful. Manager on site everyday making sure all is good.

Cons:

Located on a busy street so therefore abit noisy.

Had a lovely stay and would recommend but caution people on the breakfast.
Pros:

Comfortable beds, pool deck and lounges, perfect location

Cons:

Lots of street noise on the weekend. Also my breakfast that was included with my stay with less than adequate - only fruit bowl or cookies. And it wasn’t available until 9:30. Not great for tourists who want an early start.

Très agréable
Pros:

L’emplacement est un peu excentre et peut être bruyant à l’extérieur le jour mais la nuit c’est calme. Le personnel est extraordinairement compétent et chaleureux Le rapport qualité prix est très bon La piscine et la décoration est vraiment réussie Il y a de très beaux livres sur le Mexique, des jeux, etc Il y a plusieurs espaces pour se retirer et se reposer Les lits sont excellent Je reviendrais volontiers y passer un peu plus de temps
Nous le recommandons chaleureusement

Cons:

Actuellement on double les fenêtres à l’avant de l’immeuble pour atténuer le bruit En fait tout l’hôtel est gardé dans un état plus qu’impeccable

Awesome, unique, personable, very clean, relaxing, caring.
Pros:

The restaurant had a basic menu that was perfect to get you through the day, very reasonable prices. The location was great,easily step out the front door and catch cab or walk a block to catch local bus. Beach was approx. 3 blocks away. What a team Ana has put together very dedicated customer oriented team. Thx,,Alejandro, Ara, Susy, you guys are very good at what you do!! Sombreros off to Ana has put many many months of designing and renovating this beautiful hotel. Excellent work young lady!!!

Cons:

I can’t really think of anything I didn’t like. They had some renovations to the rear of the building to the floors and getting ready to install the fountain. The contractors were always polite, they never started early and never worked late. I was only booked in for 1wk but after 2.5 days I realized why would I want to move, fortunately the next week was open so I stayed.

Pros:

The property is within walking distance to the beach, the bus stop and the gourmet district. The property is situated in a commercial area.

Cons:

The property is currently going through extensive renovations. We chose this property because it has a pool. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us, the pool was under renovations. Our confirmation stated breakfast was included but there was no breakfast.

Pros:

Localisation, decor. Generally nice place. Host available when needed.

Cons:

Pool was not working, wifi and Tv were also not working. Two of three toilets were clogged. One was fixed the other day. Rather noisy street in the morning.

Pool out of service but we really liked our room. Will come back when pool up and running!
Pros:

The staff and our room was great !!! The colours was a vibe and all the wood.

Cons:

That we didn’t find out that the pool was out of service till we checked in and that was our main reason for choosing as we have 2x young kids.

Started negatively and ended positively.
Pros:

Breakfast was good(location,food), staff were friendly and helpful. Our request to be moved to another room was dealt with positively.

Cons:

There was no hot water on the first evening/day. The room we had was poor, I think the most undesirable in the Hacienda and we asked to be moved.

Pros:

The property was very clean everyday, the pool and bar area are fit for great service, the front lobby area was always clean and cool, I loved the Villa and the rooms are spacious with 3 full bathrooms and the courtyard in the front was a nice touch. The bedroom with the tower had very bright natural sunlight that woke you up everyday to Mexico’s beautiful sky. The kitchen was lovely and fully equipped with all accessories except pots and skillets( all we did was ask and we received). It was a beautiful place and Our staff of 5 was the best. We received great inexpensive breakfast made by a the beautiful Chef Caddeli and our Bartender Benjamin was the man with those drinks. Chef C made dinner that would top any chef on any side of the boarder. All dishes were freshly made and beautiful prepared and presented.
Our hostess and Concierge was The lovely Daniella. She is very funny, knowledgeable, and very easy to be around and talk to, she made us feel like family.
We will be back for a longer stay and Michelle and her son are so beautiful.

Cons:

I would have liked another television but that would just take away from conversation. I really have nothing to complain about. It was so perfect of a stay and the hotel has only been around for 2 years
