Cons:

They charged me an extra credit card fee although it was a debit card and also some other extra surcharge on top of booking.com price that came to $50 extra

Average accomodation, wouldn’t want to stay more than one night
Pros:

Location was brilliant. We had the 3 bedroom apartment and the views were amazing. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Very dated and tired with things hanging on for dear life (such as a toilet roll holder). The photos of the 3 bed apartment were not the apartment we got - the photos show a more updated apartment. They overuse air freshener or something which was overpowering and makes me wonder what they were trying to cover up.
The 3% credit card fee was excessive and way more than standard across NZ.
If we were to stay more than one night, I wouldn’t have wanted to remain in this apartment as the air freshener smell was so pungent and it was just not a nice vibe inside.

Great location. Beautiful views spoilt by dirty windows.

Amazing location and views.

Cons:

Views interrupted by dirty windows (soap/grease splatter on kitchen windows, children handprints on glass doors from previous guests.) And up cleaning myself as was doing my head in. Broken wine glass in the back of the cupboard, when we asked for another was accused of breaking it. Also when paying at property was charged a $38 merchant charge. Did some research. Definitely not correct. Appears a sneaky on unsuspecting tourists. Encountered twice while travelling here.

There was a substantial debit card fee of 3% or more added to the accommodation charge when checking in. It was a mastercard. Card fees of 1 - 1.5% are common in Queenstown but 3% seemed excessive.

This is NOT a 4 star apartment because it was shabby, poorly maintained.and not very clean. The advertised photos are of no. 8. I've seen 4 of them and they have flaws.

Our back block apartment was shabby and in need of refurbishment. The couch was very hard and uncomfortable. The 2nd bedroom had no ventilation and blacked out windows.

A comfortable apartment within easy walking distance of the facilities.
Pros:

Comfortable. Close to amenities. It had wonderful views over the lake.

Cons:

Access to the property was difficult. Narrow driveway meant luggage could not be unloaded nearby.
The step heights were inconsistent.
The heaters in the bathrooms did not work.
You couldn’t access the wardrobe in the third bedroom without having to move the bed.
