Run down facilaities. Kitchen bench needs redoing, light bulbs blown, holes in bathroom wall, power points not working. Just needed quite a bit of maintenance.
The disabled access apartment was great, and good parking out the front. Beautiful views. Was a little way away from the other apartments where the others we were travelling with
We checked in at 3 but the apartment wasn't quite ready and had to wait 30 mins - is difficult when you have someone who requires wheelchair and disability bathroom services as we planned to be able to check in at 3. but it was no hassle! Oh and there was only 1 door key for each apartment, bit of a hassle as they're 2 bedrooms and therefore 2 couples who were going out seperatey.
The location was great and it was a short walk into town. They provided clean towels daily and the sheets were clean.
The apartment was smelly and dirty. The white shower curtains in the bathroom had pink mould on the the bottom 30cm or so. Half of one of the shower curtains had no hooks and was hanging down. The dish cloth stunk and went immediately in the rubbish. The dish brush was filthy and full of brown stuff. There were no dishwasher tablets. The back bedroom was windowless. The carpets were full of stains.

The location is excellent. Les then 5 minutes to restaurants and tourist attraction. Check in was easy. Heating was good. A full kitchen.
The apartment needs work to make it acceptable as a four star accommodation. It's probably less than 3 star at the moment. It wasn't clean and there was a bad smell when we first entered. Broken knobs and holders. Wires sticking out of the wall. Old and tired furniture needs replacing. I wish I had read the other reviews before I booked.
The view from the property balcony was beautiful and it was about a 5-10min walk in to the main town area.
The kitchen and bedrooms were clean enough. However the bathroom was filthy. There were cracks and large dents/holes in the walls and along the bottom of the floor through the whole house. The actual bath/shower was very dirty and grotty and old. There was dust all throughout all the floors of the house and in the cupboards and near the washing machine was a big empty area piled with dust and old furniture/tools for the house. The host at front desk was not very welcoming, too busy on his phone and not much decent customer service. Lastly, parking around the back is incredibly difficult especially for foreigners. It is a very steep and narrow driveway to get through.
The view was incredible
The apartment was quite run down with obvious maintenance issues e.g curtain hooks broken and sagging curtains. The apartment was also really dirty with mould in the shower, large stains on the carpet and walls, fingerprints and smears on the dining table and coffee table tops and coffee drips on the kitchen floor. In the single room the heater didn't work and there was no electric blanket on the queen bed. The oven tray provided was too big to fit in the oven and was dirty. The booking.com site references daily servicing but they just dropped off a pile of towels and didn't do anything else.
So nice to have a view and 5 minute walk to the town was great
Needs a little love, bit of paint maybe even a nice comfy couch or upgrade the decor bedding and things just to keep up with the price, it’s not the cheapest but ok

Location was stunning with awesome views of the lake
We rented a three bedroom apartment. It was very spacious, clean, tidy, with stunning views of the lake and the mountains. It’s probably the best views I’ve had in holiday accommodation. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed to stay, including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer along with soaps as required. Coffee and tea were topped up every day and towels were replaced. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and we received excellent responses to our questions before we arrived.
