Location great, facilities disappointing
Pros:

Great location in central Queenstown. Short walk to Steamer Wharf and shopping centre. Lovely lake views. Beach just across the road.

Cons:

The parking was terrible and you could not get a large car close to the unit to load and unload. The car park was crowed and difficult to park in and a short walk from the units - not the best with heavy luggage. There were no luggage trollies to help with that. The two bedroom unit had very steep stairs - living room / kitchen upstairs, bedrooms & bathroom downstairs. If I had known that when I was booking I would not have chosen that unit. We had small children with us and the stairs presented a risk of falls. The main bedroom was at road level - very noisy. The kitchen needed a revamp and decent sized fridge - the freezer compartment was bigger than the fridge! Access to all units required negotiating steep concrete stairs.

Beautiful lake views and short walk to city centre
Pros:

Great location on the lake, short walk to town centre. Comfortable and neat.

Cons:

Apartment looked a bit tired & could do with a paint, toilet roll holder missing in bathroom, towels replenished daily but left in a pile on kitchen bench.

Pros:

Location was fantastic. Right in the middle of town. The View was unbeatable, large windows overlooking the lake and the mountains beyond. Beds were old but comfortable.

Cons:

The decor was clean and tidy, but very dated. The furniture was from the 80s but in good condition.

Pros:

Very close to shops/restaurants. Great view from our apartment. Fresh towels supplied each day. Had two toilets.

Cons:

Didn’t realise it was 2 levels. Kitchen cabinets/draws a bit worn/loose. Couldn’t find plug for kitchen sink. Bathroom needs hanger for toilet paper.

Glorious views.
Pros:

Apartment 16 had a fantastic view without being right up against the noisy street. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed..The staff were all smiles and helpful. The location was within walking distance of all attractions and eatery's.

Cons:

Could do with more PowerPoints or a power board beside the bed for charging devices.
Yes I noticed a few scuff marks and peeling paint in the bathroom but I'm not that fussy as long as it's comfortable and everything works.
