SMDC Wind Residences, with Netflix and Wifi

Room 2103 needs to be furnished well.
The bed is wiggling, the light from the room is not working and the ceiling are full of tapes,the chairs in the balcony are dirty and moldy, the smell is dusty

First, the shower didn't work. There was a bucket and a scoop with cold water in the shower to bathe. After complaining, the owner's helper came to inspect. After a bit of time in the bathroom, they pulled out a screwdriver, which we had seen sitting there before, and told us how to use that to get the shower functioning. Every time we had a shower we had to use a screwdriver to get it running.
The wifi.....the owner's helper was up to our room at least 5 or 6 times for just the wifi. My wife needed wifi to work. They finally brought us a temporary wifi that, thankfully worked the night my wife needed it but only off and on after that. The TV also runs off of that so it was difficult for our grandson to watch any kid shows.
Halfway through our stay, I was so frustrated that I just asked for our money back so we could leave. She came back, got the wifi going again, and said that she had started the process for getting the 3rd night free. We haven't seen anything from that yet. Not even a notice from Booking.
The place was quite dirty when we arrived. The cabinet doors and bathroom door frame were worn from water damage. Shelves were hung crooked. Only sheer curtains so you wake up with the sunshine.
BTW, only one of the 3 elevators was working so we waited, at times, up to 25 min for an elevator to take us down.
All in all, I can live with some issues, especially as people live in a lot worse conditions, I understand. But for them to advertise a nice place and we get that, and pay for it, I was very disappointed. Plus, I understand problems, but don't cover them up, make excuses for, or avoid dealing with them. It's all about how you deal with problems, in my opinion, and they didn't deal well with their decapitated apartment.
I have never left a bad review like this before. I would rather, typically, leave no review than a bad one, but this one was just a too frustrating 4 days for me not to say something.
