Great, clean play to stay. Accommodating and kind staff.
Pros:

Room was clean. Staff was very kind and accommodating.

Cons:

Met all of my needs
Pros:

Breakfast surprised me. Don't normally eat hotel breakfast. Most have standard low-grade crap. Grabbed a couple things to actually have a nutritious snack.

It was wonderful and the staff was so friendly. We had issues with the breakers tripping

For me the breakfast was fine since I eat cereal but my wife wasn't impressed

Pros:

Breakfast setup still being 'worked out" I think. Some traffic flow issues.

Cons:

Would like more welcoming signs and plants at the entry to the hotel from the street.
For Hilton Honors members it would be nice to be welcomed to our room with Andes mints(or some small treat) and directions to nearby hotsprings. ( Maybe with a discount coupon from the Hot Springs)

Great place to stay with a family!
Pros:

Good breakfast. Nice full size fridge. Ability to borrow hotpot and cookware. Laundry facilities.

Cons:

Wished it had a hot tub.

Pros:

Hotel grounds are new and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Drinking fountain was there to fill up water bottles and there were snacks and drinks available for purchase.

Cons:

The breakfast area could have been kept more tidy and clean.

Very clean, seems new, spacious, friendly staff, good amenities, quiet!

Cons:

It is a tad on the outskirts of town, but you in turn receive the benefits of less noise/traffic/etc.
