The Appartment ist small but cosy. The Location ist good. The Personals are all friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There's a maintenance going on in the Building, which may have triggered the Cockroaches to Crawl out of their places and went in the Room.

Great value for money, relaxing, and clean!
Pros:

Very relaxing place to stay, it was cozy, and spotless! The host is very responsive and welcoming. I will definitely come back and stay here again 💯

The worst booking ever!
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Unprofessional caretaker.
Air condition not working.
Water heater in shower not working.
Toiletries took so long to deliver.
Shower and faucets leaking.
No cellphone signal and slow wifi.
The place was far from our convention site SMX.
The unit was at the far end from the condo elevator.
There must have been so many reasons for this so much inconvenience, but the worst part was no help was offered or extended to us, and we were told by the caretaker to transfer that same day even though it was very late at night. The result was too expensive last minute hotel booking and trouble looking for a ride. The trouble and distress it caused was beyond words.
