Au bout de plus de 10 minutes,le réceptionniste me demande si j’ai réservé.
Accueil lamentable
La salle de bain est sale :araignée écrasée,cheveux au sol.
Lendemain matin la bouteille de gel douche et shampooing accrochée dans la douche est vide ;en plus elle est transparente donc la femme de ménage (si elle existe …)aurait dû le voir

Conoscevo già la struttura avendoci soggiornato diverse volte quando era ancora parte della catena Best Western, e ho riprenotato il soggiorno qui pensando di trovare la stessa struttura e qualità anche come Mercure. Purtroppo sono stata delusa in primo luogo dal parcheggio, ridimensionato di molto e con postazioni a dir poco scomode. Ma la delusione più grande è stata la pulizia: tenendo conto che stavo fuori dalla mattina alla sera, scoprivo le cose negative solo al mio rientro, quando ormai c'era solo una persona alla reception che non poteva fare niente. In breve: la prima sera scopro che le camere (ne avevo prenotate 2) non erano state fatte, scendo e avviso la reception. La seconda sera nella mia mancano gli asciugamani in bagno e la moquette non è stata pulita, scendo e avviso la reception: la persona presente mi dice che mi fa avere subito gli asciugamani in camera, io salgo, attendo ma non arriva nessuno. In più, tornata in camera e sollevando il lenzuolo vedo sul coprimaterasso un lungo capello e una macchia di sangue. Compilo un foglio in duplice copia con queste osservazioni, tra cui il fatto che la biancheria del letto non era mai stata cambiata in 3 giorni, uno lo lascio sul letto per l'addetta alle pulizie, l'altro lo consegno la mattina successiva in reception. La camera viene pulita (ma il bagno non del tutto in quanto ritrovo tracce del mio ombretto sul mobile sotto lo specchio) ma il coprimaterasso non lo cambiano nonostante avessi avvertito dello schifo! Sinceramente non è una gestione da 4 stelle, non credo ritornerò in questa struttura, che non è nemmeno la più conveniente in zona. Non posso valutare positivamente un hotel solo per la posizione.

Cons:

Pas de chaussons pour une chambre supérieure 4*. Pas de boissons dans le bar à part une bouteille d'eau. Pas d'articles de toilettes. Parking trop exiguë pour les arrivées tardives.
