Pros:

Location was excellent. Very close to the metro and tram. Breakfast was excellent with a wide assortment. Staff were very helpful and accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

Pros:

My husband and I got an upgrade to a larger room with a view of the Bosphorus. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to the shop area and restaurant area. The staff are friendly and it is a favorite hotel.

Cons:

Minimum restaurant staff can understand English, so it's a problem to ask about food.
