La posizione in pieno centro e vicinissimo a tutti i mezzi di trasporto. La colazione abbondante e variegata, con ottima frutta sempre fresca. La cortesia dello staff.
The location is right in the city center and very close to all public transport. The breakfast is abundant and varied, with excellent, always fresh fruit. The staff is friendly.

Cons:

Secondo me il servizio navetta dall'aeroporto leggermente caro.
In my opinion, the shuttle service from the airport is a bit expensive.

Besvikelse över stängd restaurang men ok vistelse.
Pros:

Läget är utmärkt och trots att det ligger i ett busy område är det lugnt och tyst.

Cons:

Restaurangen med utsikten var stängd för renovering, vilket vi inte fått meddelande om. Efter en del påstötande blev vi dock uppgraderade till ett rum med utsikt.

Отель отличный, месторасположение просто супер! Рядом и станция метро (Шишана), поэтому с аэропорта добирались на метро, без пробок. У нас был только небольшой чемодан, так что было удобно. Только при выходе из метро ориентируйтесь на выход улицы Истикляль и тогда отель будет сразу напротив. Также в 10 метрах расположен Тоннель (на картах он обозначен коричневым цветом и буквой Т), это нас прям спасло в определенный момент после целого дня пеших прогулок в гору подниматься уже сил не было.
Номер относительно не велик, но нам двоим тесно не было - вечером перед сном можно было посидеть чай, вино попить вполне комфортно. а в основном мы приходили поздно и сразу в постель.
Завтрак отличный, за четверо суток точно не надоест (мы не любители сразу в одну тарелку все продукты класть за один прием пищи), а фруктовая корзина просто восторг - оооочень вкусная черешня, отличные абрикосы и арбуз. Еще были яблоки и груши, но мы их не пробовали. еще и отличный вид на террасе.
Хоть отель и находится на шумной улице - у нас прям тишина была всю ночь (до 22.00 не знаю - нас в номере еще в это время не было).
Теперь вряд ли буду смотреть другие отели, когда поеду в Стамбул!!! (ну если только ценник не устроит, на данный момент цена была разумная)

The location

Cons:

The room was too small for the price paid. Also, the roof top restaurant you see in the pics where the sea seems really close is misleading, it’s actually located far from the sea. I was really looking forward to sitting in that roof top restaurants I saw in the pictures and having my breakfast, but it was closed for “maintenance “ during my stay - huge disappointment.

One last thing: the breakfast had very limited options compared some other hotels I have stayed in Turkey.

Die Lage ist gut, das Personal leider unorganisiert, die Aussicht war auch für ein „nicht all zu teures hotel“ eine voll

Die Zimmer und die bilder sind nicht das gleiche. Die Aussicht der Zimmer ist anders beschrieben (war in den innenhof, mit container unten und mehreren technikrohren an den wänden. und über den Geruch muss man nicht mal reden. )die bilder entsprechen nicht einfach nicht dem was man erhält. Das hotel ist auf der Werbung genauso „verschönert“ aufgeführt. Die Transfers können anscheinend nicht bis vors hotel, das bedeutet dür die Gäste direkt nach der Reise die Koffer erstmal eine Strasse enlang hochzuziehen. Das hotel wurde zusätzlich im voraus bezahlt, im Hotel wurde die Zahlung nochmals verlangt, diese haben wir ohne weiteres diskutieren beglichen (niemand hat geduld nach einer reise, und 10 minuten Koffer hochwäts schleppen noch zu diskutieren) beim Checkout fragte die Dame an der Rezeption erneut nach einer Zahlung, obwohl diese an der gleichen Rezeption ein Tag vorher beglichen wurde.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia famiglia e la nostra esperienza è stata davvero bellissima.
Un ringraziamento speciale va al Front Manager della reception Alper e ai suoi colleghi Alev e Onut: sono stati estremamente gentili, professionali e sempre disponibili. Hanno curato ogni dettaglio del nostro soggiorno, facendoci sentire accolti e seguiti in ogni momento. La loro attenzione verso gli ospiti ha davvero fatto la differenza.
La vista dalla nostra camera sul Bosforo era uno spettacolo e anche la pozione dell'hotel strategica per spostarsi.
L'unica nota che mi ha lasciato un po' di dispiacere è stata la sala della colazione che non viene più servita in terrazza dove adesso c'è un ristorante.
Se dovessi tornare a Istanbul sceglierei senza dubbio di soggiornare di nuovo qui. Grazie ancora per la vostra ospitalità!
