Odlična lokacija. Jako ljubazno osoblje. Jako čisto. Doručak odličan jako veliki izbor.

Cons:

Rasvjeta u sobi je ultra moderna al totalno nefunkcionalna. Nikako nismo uspjeli skužiti kako upaliti sva svjetla u wc-u nekad bi sama od sebe gorila sve nekad samo dio pa se nismo baš vidjeli spremit. Ujedno kad bi se neka od nas dizalla na wc po noći ne postoji mogućnost da se upale samo svjetla u wc-u nego sva i onda smo budile jedna drugu ili tapkale po mraku s mobitelom. Tim koji je radio svjetla nije uopće promišljao o korištenju istih. U obadvije saune je svjetlo prejako i teško se opustiti ta takovom rasvjetom. Tuševe nismo znali upaliti u spa zoni niti su nam djelatnici uspjeli pomoć jer su prekomplicirani. Opet moderno čudo koje je u korištenju prekomplicirano,a nismo baš ebete.

Pros:

The pool, the sauna, and gym were great. The restaurant was exceptional. Great location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Separate blankets and a small fridge would‘ve been nice.

Pros:

The staff was absolutely outstandin, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout my entire stay. A special mention goes to the reception team, who truly made a difference. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly helpful, efficient, and always ready to assist with a warm smile.

The location

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. I chose this hotel mainly for its rooftop, which was closed — with absolutely no prior notice at the time of booking. This feels misleading.

At the pool, there were no towels available, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The parking is extremely expensive, and once again, it is not clearly stated in advance that it comes at an extra cost.

Finally, in the room, the shower head holder was broken… hard to accept when paying around €200 per night.

Overall, the level of service and transparency is far below what you would expect for the price.

Pros:

Sehr zentral, sehr freundlich, ruhig im Zimmer gegen Innenhof, sehr modern, Kissen sehr hart, wurden aber auf Anfrage sofort ausgetauscht. Superzolles, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Immer frisches Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Tolles Badezimmer, viele Spiegel.

Très confortable, fonctionnel et bien positionné
Pros:

- La domotique dans la chambre est très innovante.
- le verre de bienvenue et les fruits disponibles à la réception.
- la machine à café dans la chambre top.
- le SPA très propre et confortable.

Cons:

- le personnel du bar assez froid comme pas mal des habitants de Zagreb.
- Pas de biscuits apéritifs pour accompagner un verre.
