Hôtel très chaleureux que je recommanderais sans hésitation.
Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner, nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'humour et la joie du patron!

Cons:

Les matelas sont à renouveler selon moi et la pose de parois de douche sont indispensables car les rideaux collent dans le dos à cause d'un courant d'air.

Καλός ο μπουφές για την ημιδιατροφη και για το πρωινό.

Cons:

Πολύ μικρός ο χώρος για σπα, το κρεβάτι ετριζε σε κάθε κίνηση,το WC με κουρτίνα που ήταν κίτρινη στο κάτω μέρος και από το WC έλειπε το καπάκι από το σιφωνι. Ενω μου είχε δοθεί η εντύπωση ότι υπάρχει πάρκινγκ από την περιγραφή , δεν υπάρχει πάρκινγκ.
Γενικότερα οι συνθήκες και οι τιμές μέσα σε 5-6 χρόνια έχουν αλλάξει δραματικά και η ποιότητα έχει πέσει πολύ. Επιλέξαμε την συγκεκριμένη περιοχή και κατάλυμα γιατί κάποιοι ελληνικοί προορισμοί ήταν full booked και εν τέλει το μετανιώσαμε. Η τιμή που βρήκαμε (110€+) σε ένα απλό Σαββατοκύριακο δεν είναι καθόλου καλή σε σχέση με την ποιότητα που συνάντησαμε.

Приятен престой с няколко неща за подобрение
Pros:

Като цяло останахме доволни от престоя си. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна, а персоналът в хотела като цяло беше любезен и отзивчив. Фоайето и общите части създават добро първо впечатление и отговарят на категорията на хотела. Атмосферата в ресторанта също беше приятна.

Cons:

Според нас стаите са малко под нивото, което бихме очаквали от хотел с 4 звезди. Разтегателният диван, на който трябваше да спи детето ни, беше доста тесен, а леглото скърцаше при движение. Банята също има нужда от освежаване – каналът се запушваше, а стойката за душа беше счупена.

Най-неприятното впечатление обаче остави поведението на един от готвачите в ресторанта. Той често обикаляше между масите и разговаряше с гостите, което само по себе си не е проблем, но начинът му беше твърде настойчив. Още от първата вечер ни подканяше да оставим ревю за хотела, говореше доста високо и се намесваше в разговорите на гостите. Това създаваше известно неудобство и нарушаваше личното пространство.

Също така ни беше казано, че е по-добре да идваме по-рано на вечеря, защото храната свършвала, въпреки че вечерята е до 21:00, а ние бяхме там около 20:20.

A Wonderful Stay in Bansko – Highly Recommended!
Pros:

We were absolutely satisfied with our stay. The food, both at breakfast and dinner, was plentiful, with many delicious options to choose from. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff was extremely polite and very helpful throughout our stay. Another thing we really appreciated was that the extra items at the bar were charged at reasonable prices, which is not something you often find in other hotels in Bansko.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our time there. We will definitely return again for our next stay in Bansko!

A nice stay
Pros:

Great personnel and a good value for money hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. We made use of the ski shuttle and the dinner and breakfast buffet which were great!

Cons:

The bathrooms, although decent and clean, could have been renovated
