Pros:

Храната беше добре, не мога да кажа перфектна, но сносна. Персоналът беше чудесен бих казала, услужливи, усмихнати дами, които бяха готови да помогнат, с каквото има нужда.

Cons:

Не е поддържана външната част, има детски кът, което ни привлече да си запазим почивка в този хотел, но този кът беше доста разхвърлян, мръсничко беше и около джакузито тип басейн.

Pros:

Хотелът не е 4 звезди! Хотелът е повече от 4 звезди - гостоприемство, топлина, уют, приятелско отношение! ❤️Страхотна храна на закуска и на вечеря. Определено е помислено за децата - моите две деца нямаха време дори да вечерят! Толкова им беше интересно. И си намериха нови приятели... А ние със съпруга ми имахме достатъчно време да вечеряме, да пием по едно питие, да разговоряме...докато наблюдаваме децата как се забавляват. Собствениците на хотела са много готино, младо семейство, с много идеи и мечти! ;) Моника, благодарим Ви за всичко! Определено за нас беше по-различно изживяване! :) С удоволствие ще ви посетим отново! Продължавайте смело в този дух! Справяте се отлично! :)

Pros:

El buffet libre estaba bien, había variedad y buena calidad, el personal era amable,el cocinero era majo, pero bastante pesado de majo,hablaba en voz alta,quería tener el trato cercano y no sabe,que de esta manera, NO se consigue nada.
Una cosa es hacer una broma y otra es de hacer las t'adore el rato y siempre mismas tonterías.

Cons:

Las instalaciones estaban viejas y mal mantenidas,la limpieza de las maquetas estaba fatal,muchos pelos por el suelo,entradas de abitaciones en mal estado que cambia la imagen del conjunto y en general,agitación no limpia,baño limpio pero falta sitio donde poner el jabón y el champú.
Mejorar la gestión y sin pasar se de amabilidad y preguntas personales por que se invade es espacio personal de los huéspedes.

Pros:

Breakfast and dinner were very good, though the variety decreased on Monday compared to the weekend. Good value for money.

Cons:

Cleaning could be improved, the apartment was quite dates. Did not feel like a 4 atar hotel.

Very good breakfasts and dinners. Very good location and value for money.

We had to request for a room change - the one we received first was different than we booked (no terrace, one bed missing).
