Отель находится недалеко от аэропорта и предоставляет трансфер

Cons:

Трансфер ходит раз в час, и даже если вы одни, то подстраиваться он не будет. Отель хоть и недалеко, дорога занимает немало времени. Утром из отеля в аэропорт было быстрее.
Номер не соответствовал тому, что на фото. Санузлы были в стеклянных перегородках, ограничены от спальной зоны решетчатой перегородкой - все видно, нам это не понравилось.
Заказ в ресторане при отеле можно сделать только через AliPay , но оплатить можно наличными.
Персонал не очень приветливый.
Добраться до центра города можно либо на такси, либо доехать до метро на такси и дальше на метро.

Quite and amazing hotel nearby Pudong Airport.
Pros:

Very nice hotel, 20 minutes far from Pudong Airport with transfer. The decoration of the aisle in main hall is very sweet, with paintings of different kinds of birds. A group of several buildings encompasses rooms, breakfast place, tea shop, spa, restaurant. The single room that I stayed was big, quite and confortable, no carpet.

Pros:

I had to book a room last minute due to 18 hr layover at pvg airport and was frazzled. However they responded quickly over message and the airport staff helped us translate to them for the shuttle. Shuttles to and fro were on time, the hotel was really comfortable and there were restaurants nearby open at even 8 pm. Great place to stay
