The cleanliness and the night reception staff member consistently denied requests or indicated a lack of understanding or availability, despite visible evidence to the contrary.

Pas d eau chaude. Personnel parfois difficile à contacter. Pas de contacts.

The rooms were not at all like the photos. The bathroom was cramped, you could not 'sit' on the toilet without your knees hitting the wall in front. The beds were clean but hard. The balcony was there, but not to 'enjoy' just to walk out onto if need be to do some washing.

It was too dirty: sheets wasn’t fresh, codweb everywhere, somebodies hairs in the bathroom and towels, which also was bit dirty. Also I reserved a room with a view on the street and it wasn’t. And at the top of everything was the most rude manager I ever seen in my life. Made a scandal because of 2$ which I couldn’t pay without cash (and I offered my bank card but this weird place not use the cards) oh and by the way they tried to cheat on me with 4$ when I was check in. Such a stupid position

They wanted to keep our passports but I said because we had an early morning check out I could keep it.

It promises a lot but delivers extremely little.

No bottled water is provided, no tea/coffee although there is a kettle, cups are the size of a mouthful only. We had paid for a family room, there is a closet but with only 1 clothes hanger, no tumble dryer as advertised, a large kitchen bench and sink in the room but not even a teaspoon in the room. 4 x small towels provided but no bath mat, hand towel or a sponge for the kitchen sink. TV and air conditioning remote batteries were both flat and reception said they don't have anymore?? Guess it was too hard to go to one of their many empty rooms and get batteries from the appliances to assist their booked guests.

The balcony was not a balcony, it was a little room with the washing machine and a window with the air-conditioning motor blowing hot air at you. Family room that should accommodate 4 x people but only 2 mismatched drinking glasses provided. Sheets had holes repaired so you had patches on your sheets.

No chance of a hot shower, there was no hot water and after running the shower waiting for the hot water, it just stopped altogether. Cold water not a problem.

When we checked out in the morning, communication was extremely difficult and no breakfast options available at this property. We actually couldn't wait to leave for the airport.

It was our last night in Vietnam and we wanted to be close to the airport for our morning flight the next day but given the opportunity again, I would definitely not stay here and cannot recommend it to other travellers.

The lobby and elavator are dirty.
No hot water and water in the bathroom is so so weak.

No card payment and most staffs do not speak on English. They don't clean the room daily unless you request for it. Linens towels are also not changed daily unless requested.

I understand we arrived early morning,We were met by unfriendly staff. I guess we disrupted his sleep or language barrier.
Becky tried her best to meet our expectations.the room needs more mirror. Staff said they need to keep our passport which is strange, I still recommend to friends, Becky is flexible, tried her best to help , arrange our taxi service.
