Excelente atendimento!!
Pros:

Gostamos da localização, das instalações, do cafe da manhã, o recepcionista que nos recebeu quando chegamos no final da tarde foi muito gentil, educado, acolhedor,o que nos fez sentir em casa.

Cons:

O banheiro não tem box separando o chuveiro, e com isso a agua escorre e fica acumulada em todo o banheiro.

Pros:

Receptionist really friendly and showed up to our room. Room was really clean and comfortable! Lovely products in the bathroom - shampoo/washing products etc! Overall great stay.

So clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely outlook over the pool. I recommend a room with a balcony to the courtyard. Very central to the night markets and cafes.

BED BUGS! AVOID!
Pros:

Hotel was in a good location, within walking distance to main areas. The pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was of good standard.

Cons:

Bed bugs!! We don’t mind having bugs within reason in South East Asia as sometimes they are hard to avoid, but this was disgusting. We had ants all over our bed, some other bugs too, and there were visible burrows from bed bugs in our head board and surrounding wooden furniture. While no reviews on booking.com stated previous guests having bed bug problems, we found reviews on google stating there had been. We complained about this at 2am and got a room change. When the receptionist opened the door to our new room, there was a cockroach running around. We then got moved to another room for the night. The next morning we were moved to a 4th room. The cleaners left a dirty rag in our room while cleaning. Kitchen and cleaning staff are incredibly rude. We would not recommend staying here.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, netter Pool. Täglich frische Handtücher und neues Trinkwasser. Frühstück okay.

Cons:

Das Kissen war eine Zumutung, die Dusche verstopft, der Fön kaputt.

Příjemný levný hotýlek v centru města. Vybaven je slušně, nefunkční varnou konvici hned vyměnili. Milý personál. Snídaně odpovídající ceně.
