Excellent séjour en famille au centre de la ville. La piscine un vrai plus après une grosse journée et le personnel est adorable !

Bel hôtel bien situé propre.
La posizione e’ buona, il personale gentilissimo, ci hanno aiutato in tutte le nostre prenotazioni, biglietto del treno per Van Vieng, affitto motorino e tanti altri consigli. La piscina piccola ma carina.

Ciśnienie wody rano, około 7:30 do 9:00 fatalne. Trzeba wstać wcześnie by się wykąpać/ Podgrzewacze wody elektryczne nie dają rady, zimn a woda,. A śniadania takie amerykańskie, czyli bardzo słabe.

The staff were helpful and it was central to most tourist attractions
The rooms needed a refurbishment as they had seen better days in particular the bathrooms which smelled horrible. You couldn’t open the curtains for any natural light as the neighbouring property could look in. The entrance and reception was very old with old carpets that had seen better days.The swimming pool wasn’t heated and was freezing and only a few sun beds. The breakfast was very basic without labels to tell you what it was so eat out. Was very disappointed

Shower had poor pressure if you wanted to get warm water. Was nice to have breakfast but got very monotomous after the third day we opted to eat out. Fridge didn't work in room.

Staff were very helpful helping to book a tour, recommending beautiful spots to visit and restaurants to try the best local dishes etc.
The staff - especially Mr Lee - was outstanding. He helped us with everything (transfer, waterfall, info about all you need to know about Luang Prabang, laundry, money change, good conversation in English). The swimming pool was really nice, with sunshine from 12:00 until sunset. The room had a lovely balcony over the swimming pool. No external noise, good sleep. Renovated bathroom with separated shower (no flooding when showering). Good Wi-Fi. Good breakfast (fruits, yogurt, croissants, bread butter & jam, banana pancakes, mini vegetable omelettes, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, local food). Quick laundry service. Shops, restaurants and main attractions nearby. We had an excellent stay for 4 nights, highly recommended!
All good. Air conditioning (which wasn’t needed as at night it was rather chilly outside) and fridge rather old and a bit noisy. We turned them off. One night some Chinese guests made a lot of noise in the early morning before going to the alms ceremony. But these are really minor things which didn’t affect at all our stay which was really good!
Location was alright, within walking distance to most parts of the city.
Location is OK, but noisy from street traffic, motorcycle repair shop outside our window, and annoying, incessantly crowing rooster next door. We stayed in room B5, in the back past the pool and upstairs to the left by the side street. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ROOM.
Room cleanliness was OK, but major downmarks for not cleaning “courtesy cups” in bathroom between guests. We discovered a cup in the bathroom on a self with coffee residue still in them (not stains - actual unwashed cup), and what appeared to be cigarette ashes on the outside and handle, which made us question the other cups that looked washed (maybe just rinsed?).
Shower did not get very hot with on-demand water heater and hand-held shower handle wouldn’t stay in place during shower, requiring one hand to hold it the entire shower. If you are not careful, shower sprays outside shower and to the door.
Breakfast buffet was lower quality than other hotels that we stayed at in Laos and Thailand. No yogurt, no milk or cream for coffee, drip? coffee was thick with fine coffee grounds and undrinkable. Nice presentation of watermelon and dragon fruit with no serving fork or tongs - had to use fingers or get fork from utensils for table.
Room had mini-split AC that seemed to be on its last legs based on the sound it made when running. We were there in dry season/winter, so only needed it for moving air around. I don’t know if it would keep the room cool in hot season.
If note, the smoke detector in the rooms are covered and sealed with red plastic, presumably making them non-functional.
Laundry service was good, getting our clothes back the next evening after we turned them in in the morning (2 days). Count your items and maybe take a photo of the clothes so you can show photo of any missing items. I had one pair of men’s underwear go missing, but had a pair of women’s underwear/thong get mixed in. Because I had a photo, they were able to find my missing underwear after a day of searching.
Meget hjælpsom personale, fin pool, lå rigtig godt og stille værelser, ligger godt til alt. Receptionisten der arbejder fra kl 13 og frem er virkelig serviceminded og utrolig hjælpsom med alt. Han var grunden til at opholdet var rigtig godt
Meget sparsom morgenmad, ikke for god rengøring, tydeligt forskel på hvem der gjorde det, den ene var rigtig god, den anden var ikke imponerende….

De jongen aan de receptie (Talee) heeft ons met meerdere dingen echt heel goed geholpen. Enorm vriendelijk en lief!
Good selection of breakfast food. A basic model of a toaster would have been quicker.
