Worst experience!! please return our deposit money!!!!

Cons:

The host is not responding after several calls, and when he/she responds my boyfriend was transferred to someone else with higher price, he was asked by Mr. Suazo to give deposit of 800php and should be returned after check out (November 30) until now December 4 deposit was not yet returned! The unit of Mr. Suazo was very dirty including the fridge, kitchen, floors and washroom.
Please return the deposit of 800php it's been 5days already!!!
We have spoken to the reception of the building and they confirmed that this is not the first time that this unit owner Ipe is not responding and always overbooked, they have receive several complaints already however no action from the owner.

Pros:

I had a great experience with the property and their staff was very accommodating, They ensure that i had everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

The location was also perfect,I enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby.

I will be back and i highly recommend this place
