Disappointing
Pros:

Clean rooms

Cons:

Extremely unprofessional staff who will try and scam you to pay extra by quoting fictitious policies where even when a triple occupancy room is booked, they say even 7 year old kids are considered as adults when the policy says 18 years. They even force you to cancel the booking and reserve directly with them for the same price. Extremely dishonest and unethical. They even charged for a beverage they did not serve.

The staff seem to be clueless of what’s happening . They are polite but they can’t navigate a situation.
Eg My mom is wheelchair bound and they have wheelchair facilities, but they insisted to lift my mom’s wheelchair and walking up the stairs . Seriously, how dangerous is that ?
Just one of many examples. Instead of listening to us , they are giving us advices of how it’s done there .
I don’t care if it can be done , I want safety above all.

great hotel to stay in for local trips and awesome breakfast included.
Pros:

This hotel is great to stay location wise. It had very good customer service and parking was available in the basement. The room was clean and service was great.

Cons:

Hated that booking.com does not pay these hotels even after we paid in New York while booking on their website. We had a rude shock that we had to go and pay again in the local country and make sure that it is not charged double.

Not bad, lots of room to improve
Pros:

Location & staff are great. Staff always willing to assist. Breakfast is basic, but good.

Cons:

Stayed in the Suite? 406.

Quality of mattress, pillows. Tattered Towels. Walls are very think with little isolation & noise from the min road is constant.
Cleanliness is at best basic. Its possibly coz of lack of good quality hotels in Trichy too, however can definitely improve.

Pros:

Room is relatively modern and new, spacious and clean. There was a proper room service daily. Excellent South Indian buffet breakfast, with a wonderful selection and taste. Both reception and restaurant (breakfast) staff were excellent.

Cons:

If I need to mention any, would be the location of hotel close to intersection and main road, so you do get some noise, but this is a minor problem for me.
