Pros:

Bem localizado, presio seguro, contudo falta um olhar de mais cuidado com o apt cpara atender com conforto o hospede. Armarios precisando de manutencao ou ate mesmo serem retirados dentre outras besteiras que sao sinoles mas não sao corrigidas.
Dentro do apt, quando abrinos a porta principal, ha odor de esgoto.
Cama e travesseiros bons.
