Important information:

Reception opening hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 21:00, Friday: 07:00 to 20:00, Saturday: 09:00 to 19:00 Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 Closed on public holidays.

Please note that the spa center is open from Monday to Thursday from 17:00 to 21:00, Friday 17:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00 and on Sundays from 09:00 to 12:00. It is closed on public holidays. Spa access is charged EUR 12.

Cleaning services are provided from Monday to Saturday. No cleaning services are available on Sundays. For stays of 7 nights or more the studios will be cleaned once a week.

Please note that for last minute bookings either made on the day of arrival or the day before arrival and for stays of 4 nights or more the total amount of the stay has to be paid upon arrival. If you wish to request a baby cot, please contact the property directly in advance.

The onsite restaurant Côté Berthelot is located on ground floor and is open from Monday to Friday. The restaurant will be closed on the evenings from July 17th and completely closed for summer break between July 27th and August 27th included.

Breakfast is served at the restaurant and is available from: - Tuesday to Friday : 7:00 to 10:00 - Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Closed on public holidays. For the weekend and during summer break the reception offers breakfast on trays from 9am to 11am and Monday and other week day from 7am at 9€ on reservation only.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A 10 mn de Perrache, un accueil de choix.
Pros:

Calme, cosy et amabilité du personnel. Salle de sport spa et possibilité de massages.
Petit déjeuner copieux et parfait.
Chambre bien équipée.

Cons:

Décor un peu triste. Etant donné le quartier (cimetiere et pompes funebres à gogos) il vaudrait mieux viser sur la couleur pour rendre l'accueil plus fun. ( a priori c'est prévu prochainement)
Wifi trop faible pour travailler.

Distributeurs de gel mains et douche pas pratiques du tout car le bouton poussoir ne remonte pas; à changer et à mieux fixer

Pros:

Das Bett war sehr gemütlich, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und das Zimmer war geräumig. Wir sind nur eine Nacht geblieben, aber ich denke man kann hier gut auch länger bleiben. Das Personal war extrem nett, als wir unser Gepäck früher als check in abgegeben haben und auch als unsere Tür nicht abschloss und wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen!
