Important information:

Reception and Check-in:

- Reception is open from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM at reception.

- For arrivals after 10:00 PM, self check-in is available via a QR code located at the entrance. You will need to pay the remaining balance of your reservation by credit card to obtain your access codes.

- A valid photo ID and a valid credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD only) will be required upon check-in.

- Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance via the "Special Requests" section or by contacting us directly.

Services and Accommodation:

- Breakfast: Served from 6:30 am to 10:00 am on weekdays and from 7:30 am to 10:30 am on weekends and public holidays (€15 per person per day).

- Check-out: Accommodations must be vacated by 11:00 am.

- Housekeeping: Our establishment is a residence, not a hotel. As part of our environmental commitments, housekeeping is not automatic. To obtain fresh towels, please contact reception.

- Tourist tax: Payable directly on site.

SPA (60-minute access):
Standard access: Open from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Price: €12 per person, per 60-minute access.

Jacuzzi access only: Open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at a rate of €9 per person.

Private use for couples for 60 minutes:
Jacuzzi only at a rate of €29.

Jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam for €39 per week from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. €49 per evening from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on weekends.

Drinks are extra.

- A massage service is available by reservation (minimum 48 hours in advance) at a rate of €79 for a 60-minute session.

Mon séjour d'une nuit s'est bien passé dans l'ensemble.
Pros:

Bonjour,
J'ai apprécié le positionnement géographique de l'hôtel connecté aux pistes cyclable.
Le personnel était très cordial et serviable.

Cons:

Cependant les travaux du restaurant n'ont pas permi de diner sur place.
Les couloirs de l'hôtel mériteraient un rajeunissement et un reloockage

L'emplacement

Cons:

Le siphon de la salle de bain qui bouché l'évier obligé de le soulever à chaque fois pour évacuer l'eau à ça s'ajoute l'odeur d'égout pas de tapis de bain également le petit déjeuner cher pour le choix qu'il y avais on a connu moins cher pour plus de choix et le tarif 12€ par jour pour un parking extérieur qui n'empêche pas du tout les va et viens on a trouver cela cher également le prix pourrait être moins cher au vue du prix des chambres

Belle chambre mais moquette trop vielle (où salle)
Pros:

La chambre avec une salle de bain neuve

Cons:

L état des moquettes dans le couloir et dans les chambres sales ou trop anciennes. Les deux ascenseurs en panne dont 1 pendant 3 jours !

Le confort de la chambre

Cons:

Le message reçu pour récupérer son numéro de chambre ainsi que sa clé d’accès n’est pas très explicite et dans un autre temps, aucun panneau indique dans l’ascenseur autour de celui-ci à quelle l’étage se trouve les chambres.

La propreté et le confort.

Cons:

Pas d’accueil présent, impossible de les joindre par telephone car non disponible.
Nous avons eu un problème qui n’était pas de notre faute à la base mais le personnel que j’ai eu au téléphone ne prend pas en compte ce que je dis et veut simplement que je rembourse, il en a que pour l’argent.
