Reception and Check-in:

- The reception is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM at reception.

- For arrivals after 10:00 PM, self check-in is available via a QR code located at the entrance. Payment of the remaining balance of your reservation by credit card will be required to obtain your access codes.

- A valid form of identification and a valid credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD only) will be required upon check-in.

- Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time via the "Special Requests" section or by contacting us directly.

Services and Stay:

- Breakfast: Served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM on weekdays and from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM on weekends and public holidays (€15 per person per day).
- Check-out: Accommodations must be vacated by 11:00 AM.

- Housekeeping: Our establishment is a residence, not a hotel. As part of our environmental commitments, housekeeping is not automatic. To obtain fresh towels, please contact reception.

- Tourist tax: Payable directly on site.

Wellness and Relaxation Area:

- Standard Hours: Open from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at a rate of €12 per person.

Dit hotel is een puinzooi en slecht onderhouden

Niet veel, aardige jongen achter de desk maar dat was ook alles.

Cons:

Alles waa kapot ,vies en versleten. Spa jacuzzi was stuk en koud er lagen onderdelen los. Stoomcabine ook stuk. Op de kamer was de airco stuk. En erg heet. Douche stuk en alles was vies en vol schimmel en stof. Niemand te bereiken omdat de telefoon niet eens was aangesloten in de kamer. Onder in de lobby was ook niemand meer savonds stond er overal troep. Zal nooit meer hier boeken en normaliter boeken wij vaker b&b hotels in Europa maar deze is echt een drama. Adviseer hier ook niet voor je lol heen te gaan.

À part la complexité du parking c’était top
Pros:

La propreté l’emplacement le confort le calme

Cons:

C’était top d’avoir un parking mais il faut avoir le temps et une petite voiture car les manœuvres sont nécessaires c’est très bas, alambiqué et étroit.
