It was a good location
Room was cold they tried to charge us twice for breakfast room was grubby
Great value for Money for what it was
Everything in the room was perfect
Nothing
The single room was clean and comfy
The small plastic kettle with the plug and lead attached, have to be careful not to drop plug in sink
On arrival, we were greeted by the lovely Omar. I am not sure if I got his name right he was so helpful to help us with our bags to the room
I booked the family room through the 1st floor with my sister and daughter . The room was very ni6ce
Will book again
Disappointed not hot breakfast. we had an early start as attending a funeral, and a hit breakfast would have been great .
Clean bedroom
Radiator in bathroom not working
Great location at the top end of Headingley, comfortable beds, really excellent of the staff to allow us to check in early after our enquiry as it really helped our stay.
The rooms were really warm, don’t think the heating needed to be on that high for the temperature outside.
The bed was very hard. We could feel the slats through the mattress. I had to go back to sleep once I got home.
The radiator in the bathroom was on all night. So we had to open the bedroom window as it was to hot in the room. But once the window was open you are on a major flight path which stars very early. When we were leaving we noticed that everyone's windows were open, so I presume everyone had the same issue.
Nice room and clean
Our key wouldn’t unlock the front door so we got stuck outside in the rain for 30 minutes and no answer from reception. Had to ring the hotel 3x whilst stood outside. No apology when they finally answered the door. We were just told that the door had been locked from the inside?
Small hotel, located in a residential area (20 minutes away from the city center by bus). Although is not centric, the access in bus is easy and very direct. Low price... as a cheap hotel for only one night, it works ok.
The facilities are old and in bad shape, it needs an update! The room was very small, the heat was not warm enough for a cold night, and it had some bad smell. I needed a cheap place to stay in Leeds for just one night, so I didn't had too much expectations... but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay or if you need to spend time in your room beside just sleeping.
Really friendly staff, great free parking and felt clean and secure
Room was compact
Location for our night out. Ample free parking. Staff were very friendly & helpful with bags and directions. Booked us a table in the restaurant with a 10% discount.
Bit noisy at later at night. But hotel was fully booked. Couple of lights not working in the room. We reported the following morning.
