A unique and beautifully designed and appointed villa, looking out over the jungle and river valley. Very private with no visible neighbours. The standard of service from all the staff was exceptional.

Stunning views and location
Diese Villa war für uns etwas ganz Besonderes. Der Service war erstklassig und super freundlich. Man könnte jeder Zeit Jemanden erreichen und z.Bsp. Essen oder Getränke ordern. Die "Begrüßungsmassage" war sehr angenehm in den neuen Räumlichkeiten. Da die Villa mitten im Grünen liegt, ist es sehr friedlich und außer Tiergeräuschen hört man Nichts. Das Außenbad ist toll, wenn auch Nachts etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.
Da gibt es Nichts. Nur anzumerken wäre eben - Ohrenstöpseln, wenn man empfindlich ist und daran denken, wenn man Nachts mal raus muß, ist man mitten in der Natur. Wenn man sich aber darauf einläßt, ist es wunderbar.
The location is fantastic, staff were all friendly and super helpful to assist all things. I feel fully recharged after this trip.

Everything was amazing — the villa view, the staff’s hospitality, and most importantly, the massage.
It was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had.
Definitely worth trying!
I loved it so much, even better in real life than the pictures online. Everything was perfect, the nature, the privacy, the massages and view from there, food, service 10/10 can’t wait to come back!

Food was perfect!
There were power tools going near our room often with them constructing other rooms I believe. This was noisy which impacted the atmosphere when trying to relax. Perhaps give guests some time frame for when power tools may be on, so we can go somewhere else during that time.
Perhaps a gate/buzzer for staff to enter the private pool area would add privacy.
Information on the jacuzzi would be handy, such as how to get it heated, as our heating wasn't working for most the time until we asked.
L’environnement, l’équipement (piscine et jacuzzi), la douche dehors , le petit déjeuner servi sur un plateau flottant sur la piscine, le personnel en général très serviable et attentif.
La réceptionniste du matin, qui essayait de nous dissuader de prendre le taxi (de la bluebird, tout de même !) au profit de don chauffeur, qui nous assurait que tous les bateaux pour Lombok étaient complets le lendemain, alors que lorsque nous nous sommes connectés, il y en avait toute la journée ! Et le comble : elle nous a dit qu’elle préférait que nous payions les bouteilles d’eau que nous avions bues en cash !!!!
The villa was stunning. Waking up to the sun rising over the jungle (and a distant volcano) was incredible. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and nice

Everything was flawless from start to finish—the airport pickup, the warm welcome, and the smooth transfer to the villa. The dinner arrangements and reservations were perfectly handled, and the birthday setup for my wife exceeded expectations—from the decorations and surprise to the spa package and private villa dinner. Even breakfast was excellent. We’ll definitely be back, and next time for a longer stay.
There was nothing we didn’t like. There were some unusual noises at night, but that’s completely expected when staying in the middle of the jungle.
Beautiful small resort that was quiet, secluded, and amazing embrace of nature. The sounds of the animals and river flowing was purely serene.
