A perfect jungle villa getaway!
Pros:

Everything was flawless from start to finish—the airport pickup, the warm welcome, and the smooth transfer to the villa. The dinner arrangements and reservations were perfectly handled, and the birthday setup for my wife exceeded expectations—from the decorations and surprise to the spa package and private villa dinner. Even breakfast was excellent. We’ll definitely be back, and next time for a longer stay.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like. There were some unusual noises at night, but that’s completely expected when staying in the middle of the jungle.

Difficile descrivere la bellezza della villa. Natura meravigliosa, piscina e vasca idromassaggio con vista su foresta tropicale, camera da letto meravigliosa e bagno sul retro immerso nella natura. È tutto esattamente come lo vedete nelle foto.

日本語をお話しできる女性のスタッフに大変よくしていただきました。お名前をお伺いするのを忘れてしまいました。
このホテルにピックアップに来てもらえるオプショナルツアーに申し込みしたら、ドライバーさんがピックアップ場所を間違えてしまい、クタのホテルに向かってしまったとのこと。すぐにツアー会社にお電話してくださり、別のドライバーさんを手配してくださいました。クタからウブドまでは90分ほどかかりますし、待ち長かったので、とても助かりました。

また、朝食がフローティングブレックファーストだったのも高級感があって最高でした。夕食はルームサービスも一度頼みましたが、それなりにお値段はしますがとても美味しかったです。

The accommodation is in perfect condition. An absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to fully experience the jungle and its surroundings. The staff are incredibly friendly and will do everything they can to make you happy and assist wherever possible, rarely have I experienced such excellent service.

This property was so private against a serene jungle. All you could hear was birds and peaceful nature. The actual bungalow room was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed at. It had a private infinity pool, sauna, deck with swing chair, air conditioning when you needed it! I wish I could have stayed longer

Everything, the privacy, amazing clean grounds, staff were so caring nothing was an issue. The whole villa was cleverly designed. Nothing like we have ever experienced before. I was so sad to leave after 5 magical nights & can’t wait to return.

Schönstes Hotel, das ich je gesehen habe
Pros:

Wunderschöne Aussicht, toller 24h Service, kunstvolle Einrichtung, neueste Technik, keine Moskitos oder Spinnen, floating Breakfast, gratis Massage (beste ever), absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre, sehr komfortable Betten, Blick auf Sonnenaufgang vom Bett. Schönstes Hotel in dem wir je waren. Wir wollten nie wieder weg.
