Good value given the high accomodation rates in the area
Pros:

The property is along highway, near the public beach and Laiya Adventure Park. The 24 hour check in is great as well, as we arrived at the area around 11pm. It’s a good location if you’re just looking for a affordable place to sleep

Cons:

The room’s smaller in actual than in photos. Aside from the actual payment (made thru credit card) the property is still asking for a P500 deposit (although refundable) for the remotes of airconditioner and TV.

Good value, clean, with very warm and helpful staff.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, silent AC, wifi and very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Corridor is an echo chamber so you hear everything, especially noisy guests. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Pros:

The room was clean and the staff is very nice.

Cons:

It is very noisy because it is located in the main road, also close to a market where a lot of cars/motorcycles stop by. Doesn't have beach access but you can walk to nearby resort where you can enter for free (please note that most resorts don't allow you to enter or swim if you are not staying there overnight). Location of the place in Booking is not accurate, follow google maps instructions. It's not that cheap for what you get
