We chose to go home instead of stay for our planned activities the next day.
Cons:

It was filthy - we feared bed bugs and lice / perhaps the sheets had not even been changed. The bathroom showed as “grimy. There was day old (or more! leftover food on the coffee table in the common area upstairs. I wish I had documented with photos. Fresh paint is needed everywhere, but washing everywhere first.

It was filthy - we feared bed bugs and lice if we were to stay - are the sheets even changed? There was old leftover food left on the coffee table in the public space too - bathrooms not appearing to be clean.

Pros:

The location was 5 mins away from where I needed to be at for my entire stay, and the cafe right outside the place has great coffee. There is also alot of food around the area.

Cons:

The water had some smells and didn't feel great.
