A welcome stay in the sultanahmet
Pros:

The location of the property was excellent. Walking distance to metro and plenty of restaurants in the area. Breakfast was also well presented. On our early morning checkout, the front man at the desk was a tremendous help in getting f our taxi cab driver to the correct location

Cons:

From the moment you enter the aprilis gold hotel, you are hit with an endless upsell of tours and airport transfers. When you politely tell them you already booked your tours, they still continue with the upsell. Got to the point, that I did not enjoy walking thru the lobby

В целом, хорошо, но заявлено больше.
Pros:

Приветливый персонал, всегда готов помочь и пойти на навстречу. Также местоположение отеля очень удобное - все основные достопримечательности Султанахмета в пешей доступности, и недалеко в 5 минутах остановка трамвая Т1. Более-менее чисто в номерах, уборка каждый день. Может быть шумно по ночам, но нам это несильно мешало.

Cons:

Отель дотягивает до 3, но не 4 звезд. Размер комнат был маленьким, также состояние отеля на фото и в реальности - разные вещи. Полотенца необходимо обновить, они были с пятнами и изношенными. На завтраке, бывало, не хватало посуды, хотя гостей было не так много. Завтрак сносный, но хотелось бы лучшее качество продуктов, если заявляется 4 звезды. Спа-зона только за дополнительную плату — в стоимость проживания не включена.

Perfect accomodation for a short stay in Istanbul. Well located hotel, close by on walking distance to main tourist attractions. Good breakfast and very nice staff, especially Alaattin.

Változatos, bőséges reggeli .Barátságos, segítőkész recepciósok. Precíz transzfer. A nevezetességek rövid séta távolságban
elérhetőek. Legközelebb is ezt a szállodát választanánk.

Pros:

The staff were amazing, very friendly and always ready to help with any questions we had.
Location is perfect, close to everything we needed.
Breakfast was quite good, with a nice variety of tasty food.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay 🙂

Cons:

We booked a room with two beds, one of them was a double bed and the other was a very narrow single bed. It wasn’t very comfortable to sleep, and because of this the room felt quite small.
Soundproofing was not very good, if your neighbors are loud, unfortunately you can hear everything.
Minor inconveniences included the lack of hooks for outerwear, limited storage space (wardrobe and/or shelves), and there was no holder for toothbrushes, so I had to use a cup.😉

Great location, fantastic staff - would recommend
Pros:

Excellent location for sightseeing. Tram line was just one street away - very convenient.

Cons:

Had to ask reception to turn off the air con as couldn't do it in the room - a minor quibble and reception staff very helpful

Pros:

Murat was so helpful and assisted us with everything we needed, especially with two memorable cruises, one on Bosphorus and the other one on Big Island- Büyükada and Heybeliada. Breakfast was excellent and included a great variety of both international and turkish products, teas, coffee, juices, cold and hot.
