Pros:

The location was perfect. Very close to all major attractions, restaurants, shops. Psmail, Alanddin and Murat were incredibly very helpful , thank you ! We have enjoyed every day of our stay.

Pros:

Murat was so helpful and assisted us with everything we needed, especially with two memorable cruises, one on Bosphorus and the other one on Big Island- Büyükada and Heybeliada. Breakfast was excellent and included a great variety of both international and turkish products, teas, coffee, juices, cold and hot.

Camera più grande della media per la zona di Sulthanamet.
Hotel in posizione centrale.
A dieci minuti a piedi da tutte le attrazioni di Sulthanamet (Moschea Blu,Gran Bazar,Topkapi,Cisterna Basilica)
3 Minuti a piedi dalla fermata del tram T1 che ti porta ai punti di imbarco per traghetti parte orientale
L'hotel è su una strada chiusa al traffico e senza locali aperti in tarda notte.Le finestre hanno doppi vetri e si dorme senza essere disturbati da rumori esterni.
Zona tranquilla e sicura.
La colazione è ben equilibrata tra dolce (piccoli cornetti,saccottini al cioccolato,torte e biscotti,crema spalmabile al cioccolato e marmellate) e salato (uova sode e strapazzate,salumi e formaggi turchi,salse,olive,verdure crude e cotte,pane).Discreto espresso delle macchinette.A disposizione anche il thè in bustine e turco.
Personale cortese e disponibile dalla reception,al personale della colazione e delle pulizie.Parlano inglese e sono disponibili ad aiutarti e consigliarti su tutto.
Ottimo il servizio navetta di cui ho usufruito al ritorno.
L'ultimo giorno la camera era libera e senza neppure chiedere ci hanno offerto check out tardivo così abbiamo potuto goderci le ultime ore a Istanbul senza zaini in spalla,lasciandoli comodamente in camera.
Assolutamente top!

Cons:

Si possono migliorare leggermente i tempi di riassortimento dei prodotti per la colazione, soprattutto il cibo caldo (cornetti,uova).

Great hotel!
Pros:

Great location, well connected and in a quiet and safe area.
Easy to communicate with the staff (even through Whatsapp), they arranged pick up and transport back to the airport. Special thanks to Ismail and Murat who really made our stay perfect

Definitely recommended
Pros:

Great location, walking distance from the most important landmarks and well connected to public transport. Quiet and safe at night. Rooms are big and clean. Staff is attentive and helpful.
Specifically, I’d like to thank Ismail and Murat: they really made our stay unforgettable and we’ll definitely stay here in the future thanks to them!

Cons:

Rooms were very warm, even when switching off the heating.

Pros:

Расположение отеля шикарное - в самом центре "старого города". Все основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Остановка трамвая также рядом.
Завтраки хорошие. Номера чистые, персонал профессиональный.
На мой взгляд - один из лучших вариантов размещения в Стамбуле по соотношению цена/качество.
Обязательно вернемся в этот отель в будущие поездки.

Cons:

Во всех отелях, в которых приходилось ранее бывать в номере обязательно присутствует бесплатная питьевая вода в бутылках 0,5л. Рекомендую администрации исправить этот небольшой и единственный недостаток.

Soggiorno fantastico!
Pros:

Posizione fantastica vicino a tutte le attrazioni più importanti della città. Servizio di navetta dall’aeroporto super! Personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel.

Would definitely stay here again, if we visit Istanbul again.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect! Close to everything, including restaurants, shops, the main streets, tram stations, and the bazaars. It made exploring the area very easy.

The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful. They gave us great recommendations for things to do and even helped us make reservations at restaurants, which we really appreciated.

Despite being so close to everything, the area around the hotel was surprisingly quiet. We always felt safe and well taken care of during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Cons:

The beds were separated in the middle, so it was a little bit uncomfortable for a couple.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They're quick to respond over WhatsApp in case you have questions/requests before arrival.
Booking of airport transfer went smoothly with clear meetup instructions.
Breakfast had good variety.

Buen hotel relación calidad precio
Pros:

La atención del personal es excelente. Habitación grande con ventanas a dos calles con algún tránsito de vehículos y descargas a primera hora de la mañana pero algo normal en una ciudad como Estambul. En líneas generales un buen hotel calidad precio y destacar la atención del personal. Hicimos el transfer del aeropuerto con ellos sin problema.
