המלון מעוצב מאד יפה, מוקפד ומטופח.

Cons:

השרותים שבחדר הרחצה הינם חלק מהחדר ואין דלת. כאשר אתה נכנס לחדר השרותים, יש קושי בפרטיות כאשר יש 2 אנשים בחדר.
בטלוייזה אין ערוצים באנגלית מלבד מעט שמדברים בהם בעיקר הינדית

Never again, better to book Hyatt Pune!
Cons:

Staff at reception was not customer friendly. At 5 star hotel i expect a make up mirror in the bath room.
