Amazing interior and space
At both check in and check out time it was a chaotic experience and created a bad impression.The same manager ( both check in and check out) responsible was trying to attend to more than one customer at the same time with complete disregard for the queue , this was most annoying and disrespectful for the customers who were following a queue system.
Loved the variety at the Buffet breakfast, loved the check in and check out services.
The staff was very prompt and helpful with all requests. Loved the indoor pool.
On the first day owing to a bulk check in , the washrooms were not clean in the lobby area. I went to 2 separate washrooms and both were messy.
I prefer locks on the washroom doors ,,, incase we are sharing rooms ... it becomes uncomfortable to use the washroom in the room
Everything was lovely, decor was beautiful and the indoor heated pool is one of the best I've seen.
We were there for NYE and the breakfast buffet was below par.
The room was decent, the cleaning staff did a great job in the room.
The breakfast buffet was extremely poorly managed and disappointing.
Food quality and service were far below expectations—pancakes were half-cooked, omelettes overly salty, much of the food was cold, and multiple stations were unclean. The venue was shifted from the regular restaurant to a ballroom due to high guest volume, but the space was dimly lit, chaotic, and clearly unprepared.
If reservations are accepted for large numbers and guests are charged accordingly, it is the management’s responsibility to anticipate crowds and plan staffing, food, and service standards. This was not done.
When feedback was shared, we were met with excuses and a generic apology, with no clear intent to address the issues. While the stay itself was acceptable, the staff’s attitude lacked warmth and genuine hospitality.
This experience spoiled our New Year’s Day breakfast.
