Do not be fooled by the beautiful pictures!
Pros:

Our group of 9 people booked a 4 bedroom apartment outside of our preferred location so that we can stay together. When we arrived, they said it wasn’t available and placed us in two separate units.

They advertised "designer toiletries" and didn’t even provide us with HAND SOAP. They were two extremely barebone apartments, not the type of place you book for a two night stay. They told me to buy soap at the convenience store down the street when I asked for some.

They extensively promoted their beautiful rooftop pool (look at those pictures!), which we were not allowed to use because we didn’t live there. It required fingerprints from the residents. A security guard ensured that none of us could use the pool.

They promised a free shuttle from the airport, which conveniently broke down when we requested a ride.

For a group of 7 adults and 2 children, they provided 3 keys. Of that, 2 keys were only good for the entrance, not the other rooms we needed.

Steer clear of this property! They refuse to refund us and are no longer responding to hotels.com.
