Clean, tidy 10/10.
Upstairs beds were comfy.
Couldn't find instructions to log on to the Wifi; a sink or washing up bowl in the kitchen sink would assist washing up; smelt like someone had been smoking in the accommodation. Parking space was not clearly marked. lounge/TV area was not very homely or comfortable. Sofa bad downstairs not comfortable. Shower holder was broken.
Clean, neat, and tidy. Comfortable beds.
Single beds is not ideal if you are used to a double.
Comfortable house/flat. Perfect for travelling with a child so you get your own space.

Described as a 2 bed Appartment with Terrace and view. In reality it was a terraced house with stairs, no terrace or view. There was no.mentionn on the website of the property being on two floors.
As is normal with appartments, we had assumed the accommodation was on one level.to meet my mobility needs. The oven was dirty, there was no manual on how to.use it and the dials were blank. We contacted the owner seeking a refund as we needed to find more suitable accommodation.

Insufficient plates. Need at least 4 plates when 4 people stay. It was difficult to identify correct parking lot. The oven is not clean.
Dirty oven and no oven utensils for it. Also, the oven doesn’t have any number digits to see how to use the oven, grill or just normal roasting. Therefore, couldn’t tell whether the food was cooked or just burned. This was raised with property management, but nothing they could do other than apologise for it at that point in time.
Very spacious and had the essentials requires and the owner checks and tops up on essentials as well
