Pros:

I like the stafs and the rooms for the rates they are offering to international clients. The lady at front desk was welcoming and she has done her best to assist us all the time. The only MAIN issue which they need to fix urgently is that they need to get their POS machine (bank machine) to be able to receive or take payments from International bank cards. We had to speak to many contacts locally in India to be able to sort their payments. We are not from India and it was not easy to really pay their bills. They need to ensure settlement

Bank machine there is not for international cards. They need to sort this soonest possible with their bank to allow foreign clients to be able to pay bills at this hotel

Never book this hotel, such a disaster property and staffs.They will loot you.
Pros:

Nothing we liked in this property. By mistake also no one should book this hotel. Also it is on top of hill and no cars won't go near hotel and chances for car may fell down from top if anyone take their car there, very congested road towards the hotel.

Cons:

Such a arrogant Reception Lady staff and Arrogant General Manager, They have charged extra money from us by saying that they have upgraded our room but room was very small and not cleaned, additionally they have charged 1200 for extra bed and given one oly and low quality mattress.Also room full of cockroaches.Photo attached here

Comfortable stay
Pros:

We loved our stay at Notting Xyst Mussoorie. The hospitality was top notch from the team. Buffet quality was ok with couple of varieties.

Check other web portals as well, the hotel was available at a much cheaper price on PayZapp.
Pros:

Food was super awesome. Hospitality initially was beautiful.

Cons:

We could have easily got a room upgrade if the manager would have agreed, it was vacant… he asked for a healthy price which we had to deny.

Pros:

no windows in room.Room size is very small and if you call to room service no one attend call and you will not get water also in room. you will search water out side while water is not available there and location is not good.

Cons:

Breakfast is not good. items in breakfast is vvery less and tea is availabe but not hot.you can get cld tea there.

Cons:

There was black fungus all over the room be it wall, doors, mattress, pillows and they even didnt gave us a refund. And no ventilation as well.
