The kindness and professionalism of Mr. Tin and the entire staff were truly exceptional. During my stay, I became ill with a high fever and needed medical attention, and they supported me far beyond what I would normally expect from a hotel. They kindly brought drinks to my room, checked on my condition, and even arranged for staff to accompany me to the hospital. Thanks to their care, I was able to recover and return safely to Japan. I am sincerely grateful for their warmth and hospitality. The location was also convenient, and overall I felt very well looked after.

Cons:

There were a few minor issues with the first room, and some parts of the property feel a little dated. Nothing was serious, but guests who pay close attention to room condition may notice it. If possible, offering renovated or newer rooms first would make the experience even better.
