Hôtel bien placé.
Pros:

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet hôtel. Tout était réuni pour rendre mon expérience agréable : un accueil chaleureux, un personnel attentionné et professionnel.
La qualité des prestations, la propreté des lieux et l’attention portée aux détails témoignent d’un véritable souci d’excellence.

Cons:

Dommage très peu de transat, et pas de vaisselle dans la cuisine.

Great location, large room, cool pool, and amazing breakfast value
Pros:

Two things stood out for me here: I absolutely loved the pool, it was one of the better ones, not necessarily the size of it, just the layout and the vibe of it, near the bar, plenty of loungers and the bar being next to the pool meant you could sit there at the bar and get late sun if you wanted it. The breakfast was the best breakfast for the price that I can remember having, really an outstanding value. The room was spacious and the bed was large, had full sized fridge, sink and balcony.

Cons:

It was another double bed pushed together to make a king bed but also very comfortable. The AC unit was wall mounted at the foot of the bed, blowing across the bed, but the air still hit me in the face at night, which is never preferable for me. I think adding some louvers to the unit where you can direct the air would be a great addition.

Spacious stay
Pros:

We had a great stay at Altera Hotel. The location is excellent - just a short walk from some of Pattaya’s livelier nightlife spots and the main shopping malls, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The room was large and spacious, which made it feel like a real home away from home during our stay.

The staff were wonderful throughout - always friendly, happy, and genuinely helpful, which really made a difference. The pool area was also lovely and very clean, providing a great place to relax.

Cons:

Our only small negative would be the gym facilities. The space is quite small and cramped, with limited equipment, and it can be difficult to use comfortably when others are there.

Идеальное расположение если вы хотите жить недалеко от мест развлечений и не хотите, чтобы по ночам надоедал шум от толп гуляющих. Небольшая, но очень приятная территория, хороший персонал. Брали два номер с видом на бассейн (в одном дети, в другом мы), по запросы принесли дополнительные столовые принадлежности. В общем, более чем, особенно в соотношении цены и качества. Чего-то прям ужасного точно не встретил, так бы написал.

Cons:

Наверное, это стоимость завтрака по соотношению с выбором. Все неплохо, но ценник хотелось бы пониже. Пару раз завтракали, далее сами готовили на кухне в номере.
