Kesinlikle dinlendiren ve mutlu eden bir tatildi :)
Pros:

Geçen yılda Allia’yı tercih etmiştik. Bu sene de bizi şaşırtmadı. Otel çalışanları her zaman her konuda yardımcı olmaya çok açıklar ve güler yüzlüler. Otele en aşık olduğumuz kısmı kesinlikle yemekleri. Hem kahvaltısı hem akşam yemeği hiçbir şekilde pişman etmiyor. Yemek saatini heyecanla bekliyorduk. Otelde hiçbir hijyen problemi de yaşamadık. Plaja yakınlığı ve havuzu da ekstra. Her şey için teşekkürler!

Temizliği ve personel davranışları gayet memnun ediciydi.Tatil günleri haricinde sakin sessiz oluşunu beğendim.Otel düzeni de güzeldi.

Cons:

Yemekler konusunda farklılıklar mevcuttu bazı günler çok iyiydi bazı günler yetersizdi.Tatil gününde yoğunluk olduğundan ve çocuk sayısının fazla olduğu günlerde havuzda çocukların davranışları ve yüksek ses konusunda ikaza ihtiyaç vardı, diğer müşterilerin huzuru için müdahale edilmesi gerekliydi.Yılbaşındaki müzikleri maalesef beğenmedim sadece belli bir kesime hitap ediyordu genel müşteriler düşünülerek hazırlanılabilirdi.

Pros:

I have been to several hotels in Gure, Allia Thermal is without a doubt the best four star hotel in the area. This applies to both the service and the quality of the food and rooms. Indoor spa area is exceptional, there are hot (36-38 C) and cold pools, sauna, steam room, classical Turkish bath.

Nice hotel but no Alcohol
Pros:

This was just an over night stay so did not use any of the hotels facilities

Cons:

Did not know this was a dry hotel so was disappointed not being able to get a alcohol drink with my meal

Goede locatie,het ontbijt en diner was goed.Ruime zwembad,bereikbaarheid is oke.

Cons:

Receptiepersoneel was chagrijnig.Het poetsen kon ook wel wat beter.Het bedrag wat op mijn reservering vermeld stond,kwam niet overeen met het factuur.

Emplacement plutôt sympa, le coin spa est très agréable, tout comme la piscine extérieur.
La suite était grande donc très sympa.

Cons:

Certaines personnes du personnel était fort désagréable, jamais aucun sourire, rarement de bonjour, donnes l'impression de déranger.
En ce qui concerne le ménage sur un séjour 4 nuits, un coup de balai rapide à était fait une fois, et les serviette on était changer 1 fois tout comme la poubelle sur notre demande.

Τα πολύ νόστιμα και άφθονα φαγητά, το τέλειο μασάζ και σπα, το στρώμα στο ένα κρεβάτι, η καθαριότητα του δωματίου, η διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης εκ μέρους του μάνατζερ του ξενοδοχείου.

Cons:

Ο βασικός λόγος που είχαμε επιλέξει αυτό το ξενοδοχείο ήταν η παροχή φορτιστή ηλεκτρικού αυτοκινήτου.

Ενώ όμως μας είχαν υποσχεθεί στο email ότι θα είχαμε βοήθεια για την φόρτιση του αυτοκινήτου μας, τελικά δεν γνώριζαν τίποτα σχετικά και αναγκαστήκαμε στο ξένο κράτος να ψάχνουμε δευτερεύουσα λύση φόρτισης αρκετά μακρύτερα από το ξενοδοχείο.

Κανένας από το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν δεν μιλάει αγγλικά.
Ο θόρυβος από την εθνική οδό που ήταν δίπλα ακριβώς από το ξενοδοχείο, ήταν απελπιστικός..
Αν και πληρώσαμε για τρία άτομα (junior suite- family room), υπήρχαν μόνο δύο σερβίτσια στο δωμάτιο, καθώς και είδη μπάνιου.
Επίσης το τρίτο κρεβάτι ήταν απλά ένας καναπές καλυμμένος με ένα σεντόνι...
Το πρώτο βράδυ στην junior suite χάλασε το air condition και έσταζαν νερά από το ταβάνι και το δεύτερο βράδυ στο family room η μπανιέρα ήταν βουλωμένη..
Παρ' όλα αυτά οι άνθρωποι έδειξαν προθυμία να τα επιδιορθώσουν.
