The overall location of the venue. It looks shady
I liked the room and it’s located in a main area
I made the booking via booking.com, but when we reached there they said that they don’t have the co document which is need to accommodate foreign nationals, but they said that they will have to do a normal booking which is higher than the price mentioned in the booking.com

Location is in the heart of chennai.
Hotel staff said the booking made through booking.com is not available. They shown different rooms and had to pay 600 additional for the room. Odor, bathroom is not clean, hair in bedroom.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent booking I made through your platform. I had booked a hotel room for ₹1100, but upon my arrival, the hotel receptionist informed me that the room I had booked was not available.
To make matters worse, the receptionist offered me an alternative room with a cost of ₹2500, which was more than double the price of my original booking. This was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable, as I had relied on the confirmed booking details provided by your platform.
I request that you investigate this matter urgently and ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. Additionally, I would like a resolution regarding the price discrepancy and inconvenience caused during my stay.
