Water coming from toilet onto bathroom floor admittedly just one night but not of a shock walking in during the night. Seemed to resolve itself

Poor location, rooms not very clean, both taps ran hot , cistern also had hot water in it. Rude girl on reception on arrival and she continued to have an unfriendly demeanour. Wasn't allowed to put my bike in the room for security despite being told prior to booking that I could . Food was sub par but same price as a real restaurant. The hotel hosted a wedding party for my weekend and the noise continued into the early hours.
I've marked the score up by virtue that there were 3 members of staff that were actually courtious and friendly.
View from room if down stairs away from main road. Nice for dog to run about, middle of no where, plenty private parking,
Room was dirty, no way contacting reception, no toilet brush, bed made out of 2 singles pushed together, room service arrived at 3pm so needed to keep requesting stuff like tea bags milk,staff really miserable and very un helpful, scruffy looking ,

No breakfast,told that chef had medical emergency and I can't eat croissants etc.as gluten free.Husband has spinal problem and I am disabled,I really didn't want him to have to go out to get breakfast..Out of the 2 evening meals,one was inedible..Staff obviously overworked,felt sorry for them,I asked for an extra pillow,didnt get it..Reception incredibly too hot,the only fan was behind the desk for the receptionist..
Staff were friendly and helpful.
