Everything was great but they do not have any form of lift, which was difficult for me, otherwise lovely rooms.and.ataff
They need a lift
Was as described - very friendly staff and I wish I could remember the names of the receptionist and our server at their restuarent but they were very polite, helpful. Free parking and close to Bournemouth by car so no complaint from our end.
Lighting was pretty poor in our room. Was dimly lit and had to supplement with the bedside drawer lights which weren't ideal. I hope that is addressed for the future. I should say that we did not raise it at the time but we feared that we would have to move rooms which we weren't too keen on doing if that was an option just becasue we were too tired.
Good value for money.

Cold and uncomfortable bed
Good check in, really friendly staff and great breakfast. We had a quiet room at the rear of the hotel with patio doors giving easy access to the garden to take our dog out.
The hotel is looking a little tired in places. Patio doors are a bit grubby and could benefit from a tidy up around the entrance.

The man at reception was brilliant.. Liked the room being clean. Nice Bar/ pub and staff
Easy parking & free.
Most DEFINITELY the shower! No instructions. It was trial and error to sort it out without freezing or being scolded. Could be dangerous. & we wasted gallons of water before getting the right temperature.
For the price the hotel is exceptional. Lovely rooms, setting and the pub food was good. Lovely breakfast too
Room was a bit too warm for me but I'm sure it'd be fine for most
Friends stuff and ready to help in every way food in the restaurant was amazing and tasty
