Location good, quiet room and relatively good breakfast
Room had a damp smell, furniture was old and tired, decor needed updating, soap in bathroom and shower empty, car park untidy, breakfast seemed unorganised second part of week

The food took forever to come and staff were really not interested and just wandering around and not serving
Untidy breakfast appalling dried up food staff do nothing apart from ask you to pay, no water, tissues in room, Premier Inn next time for us.

The staff were lovely
Think they need more staff in kitchen it was a long wait for food. Also in need of urgent refurb on outside looks very run down from outside. Woodwork crumbling..
Room was clean and modern. Staff helpful and friendly. Its location was ideal for this trip
Booked a double but got a twin, as we stsyed 1 night could work with it. Only real downside was the food quality. Sent one dinner back as massively overcooked and we werent the only ones to do so. Didn't really get the expected appology from the staff. Breakfast was ok although the counter wasn't kept repenished.

The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
The dining room tables and chairs were a bit tired.
The fountains has always been our favorite place for a meal and we will miss it terribly
Everything was first class
Room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of free parking. Food was good at dinner and breakfast, plenty of choice and well prepared.
Service was slow in the restaurant and very inconsistent. It took a very long time for orders to be taken and to be served food. Sometimes were offered table service and sometimes needed to order at the bar but this wasn't communicated, we saw others also confused by this. It was a shame as the food was great.

Minor dirty mark on carpet (room6) which I didn’t even notice at first, but the rest of room was immaculate.

The staff were very friendly especially Julie who could not have been more helpful. The room was clean and the buffet at breakfast was good value.
