A disappointing stay overall: basic amenities, poor-quality breakfast and bar, maintenance issues, and not up to 4-star

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but it really didn’t live up to that standard.
The amenities were very basic — no conditioner or body lotion provided, just a simple shower gel. For a hotel of this category, that’s quite disappointing.
The breakfast offered a wide selection, but the quality was far from impressive. The juices were honestly awful, and the pastries were not good either.
We also had a drink at the bar, which again did not match what you would expect from a 4-star hotel.
There were also some maintenance issues: the toilet wouldn’t flush properly and kept getting stuck, and the bathroom door was difficult to open and close.
The only real positive point was the bedding, which was comfortable.
Overall, everything was “okay” but never quite right — nothing terrible, but nothing up to a 4-star standard either. We left feeling disappointed.

Las instalaciones, el personal y el desayuno

Cons:

Colchones algo duros para mi gusto y las dos camas aunque juntas al no estar con las mismas sabanas se separaban. La piscina no era climatizada como leí por aqui.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und WLan in allen Bereichen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG, das extrem nach "Kloake" und Kanalisation gerochen hat. Ich möchte das aber nicht dem Hotel anlasten, das scheint ein generelles Problem zu sein. Nach Reklamation wurde uns umgehend ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Zum Teil sehr weite Wege innerhalb des Hauses über mehrere Etagen.

Pros:

petit déjeuner, all-in dans les bars, animation sympa

Cons:

Peu de choix et de diversité dans les repas de midi et du soir. Lorsque c'est ·"journée espagnole", rien de different par rapport aux autres jours, car la paella 'etait même pas bonne; pas de safran et qques morceaux de poulet seulement..

Pros:

Es gibt gutes Frühstück. Der Frühstücksraum ist gemütlich. Die Suite besteht aus zwei Zimmern die gut eingerichtet sind. Man hat zwei Fernseher, einen Kühlschrank und ein Wasserkocher. Tee und Kaffee werden aufgefüllt. Der Balkon ist ausreichend, aber klein. Es sind deutsche Programme gespeichert. ARD und ZDF habe ich nicht gefunden.

Cons:

Das Parkhaus ist eine Zumutung. Der Architekt der dort die Pfeiler geplant hat, sollte damit bestraft werden, dort täglich parken zu müssen. Lieber einen Parkplatz draußen suchen und den Weg in Kauf nehmen. Das Hotel ist aus mehreren Teilen zusammengesetzt worden und daher ist die Orientierung ein wenig schwierig. Der Fitnessbereich ist im anderen Hotel und der Weg ist nicht kurz. Für das Schwimmbad soll man pro Benutzung 10 € bezahlen..

Cons:

La pulizia delle camere non è all'altezza di un 4stelle! Le lenzuola avevano delle macchie, il bagno era pieno di peli e capelli (anche unghie spezzate) probabilmente dei precedenti ospiti.
La colazione era buona ma non c'era varietà per gli intolleranti al lattosio (soltanto il latte era senza lattosio, ma dei dolci tutto era con lattosio).
Inaccettabile il non potere riempire le bottigliette di acqua perché obbligavano a comprarne di confezionate!
