Pros:

Spacious, clean and very quiet rooms. However, some rooms are dark, with defective and smell humid.

Cons:

The restaurant is a big deception and it’s not 4* at all. Instead of napkins you got the eternal placemats in suspicious material which are never changed neither after customer nor after breakfast or dinner service.
The food is very basic and choice is poor. For breakfast, the fried eggs are placed on plates and are cold. The hotel is for adults only but the choice of cereals is the cheapest and for young children. The chef is in love with onions. Half of salads are mixture of big pieces of onion. The grill offer is also very poor, thawed fish or half cooked chicken and somedays pork. Given the price of stay, this requires an improvement.

Pros:

Stanza molto grande, confortevole con due TV, silenziosa, letto molto comodo per noi (forse materasso rigido a seconda dei gusti) per un'ottima qualità del sonno. Pulizia impeccabile, un elogio al personale preposto. La colazione molto varia e molto soddisfacente con a volte un buon succo di papaia fresca. Assolutamente da consigliare anche per la vicinanza alla bellissima passeggiata vicino playa Jardin.

Cons:

La stanza 4015, come quelle successive, non ha la vista Teide ma è andata bene lo stesso.
C'è una risalita un po' faticosa, ma noi prendevamo dalla stazione il bus 363 che in due fermate porta sulla parte superiore della strada, a un paio di minuti dall'hotel.

Lovely stay, would stay here again.
Pros:

The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the view from the pool area. We were able to park in a nearby lot for free.

Cons:

It was a 20 minute uphill walk from town. There is a shuttle but it doesn’t run very late!

Nicht cool, sondern kalt.

Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, aber die Bettdecken viel zu dünn.

Cons:

Okay, wir sind in einem Wintermonat da gewesen. Aber das Hotel ist für den Winter nicht gerüstet. Das Zimmer war so kalt, dass wir beide nach vier Tagen krank geworden sind. Isolierung gleich null, Heizung Fehlanzeige. Zimmer auf Schattenseite. Trotz tagsüber 20 Grad außen, in der Nacht schreckliche Kälte im Zimmer. Keine warmen Decken, sondern nur dünne Sommerdecken. Das Kondenswasser lief permanent die Scheiben hinunter (siehe Foto). Der ganze Raum wirkte wie ein kaltes nasses Loch.
Die Krönung war aber: man musste ca. 5 Minuten Wasser laufen lassen, bis endlich warmes Wasser kam. Gerade auf einer Insel ist Wasser ein kostbares Gut. Die Installation des Hotels ist daher nicht akzeptabel. Jeder, der etwas Umweltbewusstsein hat, sollte dieses Hotel unbedingt meiden. Wir haben das Personal darauf angesprochen, aber die fanden das ganz normal. Wir waren schon in etlichen Hotels auf Teneriffa und können versichern: das ist keinesfalls normal.

Fantastic hotel with lovely big rooms (our Teide suite was the largest room we've ever stayed in), plenty of pool space, and great service. The shuttle bus is also great although stops quite early so not really usable for coming back from dinner - just pace yourselves for a walk up the hill! Vegan options at breakfast including plant based milk and butter.

No major concerns.

Sijainti, hyvä aamiainen, ystävällinen palvelu, siisti. Hyvä allas-alue.

Cons:

Tammi/helmikuussa huone hieman viileä, ilmastointi aika voimakaalla. Suurella altaalla jumputusmusiikki voisi jakaantua, esim. ei aamupäivällä niin kovalla voluumilla. Asiakkaissa on iäkkäitä henkilöitä jotka eivät tykkää voimakaasta musiikista. Ip voisi olla nuoremmille kovemmalla.

Décoration de la chambre très moderne.
Chambre et salon très spacieux.

Cons:

Hôtel immense avec grands couloirs pleins de courant d'air.
Notre chambre située près de la route était très mal insonorisée. Penser à demander des étages en hauteur.

Großes, aber gemütliches Hotel am Hang mit Meerblick und tollen Suiten
Pros:

Das Zimmer war super. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit perfekt für das Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage für uns perfekt, alles fußläufig (8-10 min) erreichbar und Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Das Hotel hat sogar einen Shuttle zum Zentrum, natürlich nur zu bestimmten Zeiten aber das finden wir ausreichend! Das Frühstück hatte auch viel Auswahl und für spanische Verhältnisse war es echt super, auch das Brot war lecker.
Tiefgarage ist gegen Bezahlung auch vorhanden, was wir auch genutzt haben. Das
Poolrestaurant hat auch faire Preise und die Liegen sind auch sauber. Handtücher gegen Pfand, was heutzutage aber leider verständlich ist.

Cons:

Natürlich ist das Hotel am Berg gelegen und so ist der Heimweg etwas beschwerlicher. Aber trotzdem kein Problem. Auch sind die Wege im Hotel, je nachdem wo das Zimmer liegt etwas länger, aber auch hier sind einige Treppenhäuser, wo es genug Möglichkeiten zur Abkürzung gibt! Und ja manche Ecken sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber super gepflegt!

Very good hotel complex to rest, visit the city and take a few trips around.
Pros:

Very good hotel complex with big, comfortable, well equipped rooms. Very good, wide beds and choice of pillows. View from my window was straight onto the volcano Teide. Water pool with warm water and nice chill area at your disposal. Breakfast with amazing food and drink selection. Hotel is very well located in quite area, but in the walking distance to the Loro Park, city center and seaside promenade. Close also to the bus station, where perfectly organized public transportation takes you to other cities or region, where you can take amazing trips through the mountains or seaside. I had a great time here.
