Pros:

Muy buen servicio, buen desayuno de fufet y muy completo, camas muy cómodas, habitación excelente, muy esoaciosa con saloncito, dos teles, buen baño, de diseño y con bonitas vistas al Teide. Muy buena zona de piscina, hamacas y bar.

The room was spacious, and the breakfast was really good, with plenty of options to choose from.

Cons:

We booked and paid for a room with a view of Mount Teide, but were given a room overlooking the street instead, with no compensation or alternative offered. There was also an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom.

Me ha encantado
Pros:

El personal es increíble, muy amables y atentos .
La habitación estupenda , la zona de la piscina, y el ambiente del hotel transmiten paz y descanso. El bufet es correcto. La situación es muy buena , está todo a poco tiempo en coche .

Cons:

No puedo decir nada , el bufet por decir algo, el almuerzo es lo más flojito, pero correcto.

Excedeu as expetativas!
Pros:

O hotel era incrível, desde os espaços comuns, o tamanho do quarto ao pequeno-almoço! Era extremamente confortável, limpo e havia muita escolha de atividades e entretenimento (piscina, noites de bingo, festas temáticas, etc.)

Emplacement très bien,
Facilité pour se garer.
La formule favorite club qui permet d'avoir de la place pour le déjeuner et le dîner sans chercher longtemps une table.
La variété des buffets.
La suite favorite club, vue mer, très grande, propre et très bien insonorisé. On à dormi comme des marmottes !

Cons:

Problème à la piscine, où les transats pour le favorite club n'est pas respecté et qui n'est pas fait respecter par le personnel présent.
