L’emplacement pour un touriste est idéal, le personnel très à l écoute

Cons:

Pas d option petit déjeuner possible, le bruit de la rue surtout le week end car il est permis de mettre de la musique en pleine rue jusqu a 23 heures, donc si vous n êtes pas des couches tôt cela ne vous gênera pas

Pros:

We got to our hotel at 1am in the morning yo find out they had no rooms left and had given our room away and was taken 100metres down the road to another hotel which we had no choice but to take at that stage. To say we were unhappy is an understatement

Cons:

We then stayed at the Amorita boutique hotel, the staff were lovely but had to remind them to service our room, the bathroom was dated cracked tiles and looks behind the bathroom door

Not recommended for does not look like the pictures at all.
Pros:

Location was good and centre of Old Quater

Cons:

Rooms did not match expectation or was not like the pictures. Dirty and cleanliness. Need to walk through a Foot Massage/Spa centre to the lifts. Staff was friendly but I asked for a some additional toilet paper and room clean, and both was not done/provided before we left.

Great locations, big room, bathroom was good as the shower was separate. My only niggle would be how small the window was but would stay again.

Average stay at reasonable cost
Pros:

Room was of a decent size and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great location for exploring. Room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

No breakfast option. Noisy at night (other guests, not the street). Had to move rooms which we were told after we had made payment. Subsequent room had a window onto another corridor.

For my first night in Vietnam, it was a good stay.
Pros:

It was very central. Staff were lovely. It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

For the price, it wasn’t too bad, but subsequently did a lot better paying slightly more.

Pros:

Perfect location right in the Old Town. The staff were friendly and always happy to help.

Cons:

The room was a bit smaller than expected, and it felt damp even with the AC on. Also, the toilet flush was quite weak, which was a bit inconvenient.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage der Altstadt von Hanoi.
Pros:

Gute Lage direkt in der Altstadt von Hanoi. Das Zimmer hatte zwar kein Fenster, doch ist das bei dem Lärm in Hanoi ehr ein Vorteil. Positiv ist der Zimmersafe. Die Dusche war sauber und komfortabel.
Laundry Service wurde direkt im Hotel zu einem guten Preis angeboten.

Cons:

Nichts anzumerken. Der Aufenthalt entsprach meinen Erwartungen und das Hotel kann ich durchaus empfehlen.
