Lovely setting and very helpful staff.
Pros:

Beautiful setting with unique and charming rooms.
The staff were very kind, helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Only small issue was that breakfast started rigidly at 7am. This meant that I hadn’t finished when called to leave for my 7.30am tour. It is common for tours to start early, so breakfast from 6.45am would have been a preferred option.

wonderful - the best start to our holiday !!
Pros:

our villa was beautiful & the views from our terrace were fantastic. The villa was of a very high standard and with excellent faciltities - even a jar of their own coffee to use which was delicious !!
beds very comfortable & bathroom was very stylish.
The staff were fantastic and very welcoming - made us feel at home straight away ...
The food was delicious and the restaurant setting & views were superb!!

Cons:

not staying longer !! wished we had booked to stay for more days as such a idyllic spot....

Så meget mere end et hotel tæt på lufthavnen
Pros:

Ligger så tæt på lufthavnen og alligevel på landet i de smukkeste grønne omgivelser. Der er en ro og stilfærdig luksus, som bare er balsam for sjælen. Tak for et skønt ophold. Var der i to omgange - både på vejen ud og hjem.

Die Lage zum Flughafen und die daraus resultierenden Vorteile der Unterkunft waren einfach hervorragend. Wir würden hierhin nicht nur wiederkommen, wenn wir vom oder zum Flughafen müssten. Sehr freundliches Personal (v.a. Ed)

Cons:

Je nach Unterkunftsplatz hört man die oben gelegene Strasse sehr gut. Wir hatten grosses Glück.

Très bel endroit, magnifiquement décoré et unique !
Pros:

Lieu très atypique, unique et superbement décoré.
Personnel très agréable, très bon petit déjeuner. Très belle piscine.
Très bien situé si vous avez un vol à prendre à l’aéroport de san Jose :)

Cons:

La piscine est magnifique mais il manque peut être des parasols pour avoir plus de transats à l’ombre. Et un service de boisson à la piscine serait le bienvenue.

Cons:

the only suggestion was the chairs on the balcony are great, but were wet most of the time. We were wondering if some kind of mat or something could be provided to put on the chairs (and to not overutilize towels) so they could be used more.

Beautiful quirky luxury stay in a house on the coffee plantation. Lovely relaxing pool & jacuzzi. Lovely restaurant for breakfast, dinner, and coffee & cookie. All the staff were extremely nice & helpful.

This was a 5+ star experience! We will certainly return!

The Finca Rosa Blanca provides a 7 Star experience from the moment you arrive until you leave. All of the staff, whether bell boys, waiters, reception staff, tour guides etc., are professional, friendly, polite, and extremely helpful.
The property, including the accommodation, is very clean, and everything is very tastfully, beautifully decorated.

Cons:

If I have to try to find some shortcoming, I can only think that it would be nice to have drawers, rather that cubbie holes to put things away. And although there was an area where clothes could be hung up, there were no coat hangers.

Perfect place to relax after a long flight
Pros:

It was beautiful. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. It is easy to reach from the airport and would thoroughly recommend a night or two hear to recover from your flight. The staff were lovely, pool area very pretty and restaurant was good.
